They have to wait until the last patient is done then close the parking gates. I was alone in the streets. It's been years since I was here but I still remember how great my experience was every time I went. I believe I was here about 5 or 6 times; Getting MRI's on my back, neck, and head. I like that they give you your image results on a CD. I do have to warn you - if you are a hypochondriac, it may be best to not look at the CD. I was fine looking at my spine but looking at the brain image was terrifying and caused me to panic/google everything (yikes!), even though I knew the results were good. I probably wouldn't do it again but I would absolutely come here again for any MRI's. I'm really hoping I won't need to, though. read more

After-hours conversation with our doctor, who recommended an x-ray for symptoms of appendicitis immediately (today is Saturday). We're older and high-risk for Covid, so we're trying to avoid hospitals, which are all over-capacity at the moment. Called Glenoaks Imaging Professionals, but was given a pretty rude blow-off by the person on the phone -- she even questioned the efficacy of an x-ray for an appendicitis diagnosis( I just looked it up -- this has been SOP since the mid-90s, which an x-ray specialist should really know). The blow-off ended with a suggestion that we try urgentcare. Massively disappointed with Glenoaks Image Professionals. Offered to have our doctor refer, but no dice. I'm sorry there isn't a "zero-star" option. read more

Where should I start. This place made so mistake so many times. First I went in to get MRI for scapular dyskinesis. When the result sent to my doctor. Turned out they only did the image of the shoulder joint but scapular was cropped off! Then my neurologist ordered MRI of lumber and pelvic coverage. Again didn't get images of the pelvic. Then I went in for x ray of scoliosis that caused from uneven hip. AGAIN, the hip area got cropped off. I don't know why a place can make so many mistakes! And the images are not good quality. They are so poor compare of others places I have gotten in the past. read more

Our schedule for MRI with other clinic was cancelled and my wife needs the test ASAP because of severe back pain. So we tried calling Glenoaks Imaging Professionals to try to get a schedule, luckily we talked to Maria who was very kind and accomodating. She was able to schedule us the same day because of a patient who cancelled his/her appointment. Plus the amount of the test was not insane like other clinics around the area. After injuring my right knee playing tennis in Florida on a recent vacation to visit my mom, my Beverly Hills orthopedist gave me a prescription for an MRI and this time I decided to find something close to my Burbank home rather than driving into swarming traffic in Los Angeles. This place sounded so good in all the reviews! And having recently accomplished the nearly impossible task of finding an excellent, trustworthy auto mechanic near my home by checking out yelp reviews, I decided to give Glenoaks Imaging Professionals a go. It was a great experience! Here's why: (1) They were easy to get on the phone, and very polite and professional to talk to. (2) They accept just about all insurance. (3) They will make calls to your doctor and your insurance provider to make sure all the necessary authorizations and arrangements are in place. (4) It was easy to set up a convenient, quick appointment time. (5) I was greeted warmly when I walked in. (6) The paperwork they have you fill out isn't excessive. (7) My appointment time was honored ON THE DOT! (8) Everything was squeaky clean including the bathrooms. Nice air conditioning too. (9) Secure lockers and clean gowns to wear during the procedure. (10) Friendly, professional technician got me set up, provided ear plugs, and communicated throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. (11) Awesome looking MRI equipment. (12) They did a few extra angles on my knee to make sure I was getting every MRI resource they could provide. (13) A couple of guys behind the control panel looked like NASA engineers and they gave me friendly smiles when I was done. (14) The reports and analysis got over to my doctor accurately. (15) Extremely easy free parking on Glenoaks. If you've never had an MRI it's quite a trippy experience. Super loud, weird banging and grinding and supernatural noises are going on and you have to hold perfectly still. But we're so lucky we live in an age when such an amazing technology is available to us (and we can watch nude dating on tv when we get home.) Unfortunately, after all the nice things I have to say about the MRI place, I have a complex tear in my meniscus. Boo Hoo. No tennis for quite a while. read more

I really hate giving bad reviews but businesses like this one who think they can be how they are because they own a business is just up-surd. I AM GIVING TWO STARS written because of the actual professionals working there who were the techs doing my x-rays. Very fast, professionally dressed, and I had my results within seconds. About my experience: I made the mistake of going twice and twice I had the pleasure of running into the SAME person who is a manager there. The first time, I just thought she was having a bad day but the second time, there is no excuse for behavior like this. Period. First and foremost, DONT EVER talk to your employees in such a tone or matter in front of or around your patients. Funny how "professionals" is a key term in the business name when the person I am talking about was nothing close to that. In my opinion, and I quote "you treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO". Learn to be respectful, especially in front of patients, you aren't better than anyone. The person I am referring to is a female, in her mid 30s-35s and her name is Mary Ann. She was never dressed professionally both times of my visit so you can spot her unfitting clothing immediately. I'm honestly baffled that she even works there. Not only was she awfully rude to her employees but to top it all off, she has a odd ear-pericing obnoxious laugh and curses like a sailor so loud you can hear from the outside. Word of advice, if you cannot do your job properly, then its best you step behind a closed door, sit at a desk and just file paperwork. Make yourself useful instead of disturbing the peace. Some patients come in for serious problems so hearing you curse continuously and laugh like a headless hysterical hyena isn't helpful or soothing, it's disturbing. Later, I found out she is actually the owners sister-in-law. Still isn't an excuse to act the way she does. Hiring family members or relatives that destroy the good quality of patient care is truly sad to see many businesses repeat. I would never recommend this place to family or friends because you will get irritated within minutes after sitting and listening to this lady speak the way she does to others. I would advise the *actual owner*of the place to take into consideration and to inform his members of management, to dress appropriately, maintain their professional grounds around patients and most importantly to not speak about patients files at any time especially in front of or around patients in violation of HIPAA. read more

Just had a CT scan on my foot and the tech was so kind and caring. It was so fast. I waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and I was in and out in 10 min total. It was fantastic. Parking is great, too. They have spots in the back and lots of street parking. Super clean place, as well. Would highly recommend. read more

Although I just took a friend there to have an MRI performed, I was incredibly impressed with the facility and the staff. It was a weekend that is by appointment only and the owner came in on his day off to accommodate us. I was invited to watch the process and was able to ask questions. The attention to detail including the digital images and quick turnaround is very rare in any business, especially the medical field. I took a family member to have a CT Scan to Glenoaks Imaging Professionals and found the experience to be outstanding. First off, the scheduling process was efficient where the facility was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. The scheduling staff were very polite and knowledge. The 3 pm appointment that was given was honored and the CT Scan was performed exactly on time. The staff were very professional and friendly. As we were waiting to be checked out, a CD of the CT Scan was given to us. A few hours latter the ordering doctor had received the dictated report which thankfully indicated all normal findings. You can easily make an appointment and once you are there the wait is minimal. Ample parking and very clean facilities. They have taken several safety measures to ensure patients are safe from COVID. The process of dealing with medical issues sucks HUGE!! The wife called another place to have a CT scan done and they were typical rude and uncaring. I just hate this crap soooo much!!! I then called Glenoaks and I got Mary on the phone. I have to tell you she is nothing short of amazing. She handled everything from the doctor to the insurance and the appointment. She helped with streamlining issues that may arise and all while having an unbelievably great attitude. Not surprising the CT scan results got misplaced at the doctors office and they stated they didn't get them. I call Glenoaks and got Mary on the phone again (thank goodness) and not only did she have all the information including a tracking number proving the CT scan was sent to the doctor but, she even remembered my name from the previous phone call. The name says it ALL. Professionals!!! I had an ankle injury about two months ago and was hesitating to go in for MRI. I was referred to Glenoaks Professional Imaging by my specialist. From the first phone call I felt in place. They have The sweetest receptionist and most comforting staff I have ever come across in the medical field. I was given priority attention and had the appointment the very same day. When I stepped inside the building I felt like i was at a spa. Very clean and tranquil environment. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and actually had a small nap on the MRI bed. (best part of my day) My results were ready the next day but unfortunately did not have good news. I had completely torn my ATF ligament. With this being the only down part of the whole experience, I will never go to another imaging place again. I am referring all of my friends and family. I have never written a review in the past but this location deserves to be my first review!!! read more

Worst attitude receptionist ever. I am sitting here for over 10 minutes and still no forms for me fill out. I thought these type of preparation should be done ahead of time versus me waiting for you to print it out. When asked about what I am waiting for, she replied with well I have to get them ready so please have a seat. WTF kind of attitude is this? These guys are great. I have been twice. They charge 1/3 of places and have a lovely easy to access facility with parking in Glendale. I needed to get in because I am traveling and my work is sporadic so I can't take off to just go to an MRI. They took me in same day. I did have to wait a few hours but I did not mind whatsoever since they were doing me the favor. I highly recommend them. The owner or manager was on site and apologized to me for the wait although I was the one insisting on coming in last minute. In order to keep their patients with appointments happy, they did my first MRI , pulled me out, let someone else in and then put me back in. Great Place! You even get your disc same day. read more

Everyone was very nice. This review is not about the Service. It's more about a review regarding Your waiting room. I was filling out my paperwork. I sat to the far left thought nothing of it. I heard this swish swish noise. At first I thought it was the TV. I moved to the the far right. I could still hear the noise. I asked the receptionist if the noise I was hearing was from the MRI machine. She said yes. By that point I was really getting bothered. I had prepared myself for the MRI noise and that I would be in a tube with all sorts of clicty clack noises. I want to come into an environment that's quiet and calming. I'm not sure if most of your patients hear it or not. It's not the way to start. As I was waiting I held my phone to my ear so I could hear a show that I have been watching to get me distracted from swish noise I was hearing. I forgot my head phones so I put my right hand over my right ear until the technician called me in to do the MRI. I told him I was upset, but I know how to regroup myself and calm down. Perhaps the owners and the Manager of your facility need to take time out sit In The waiting room and decide for themselves if that is something they would want to hear when they are waiting. I will be sharing my experience with Dr. Kasimian Office staff that your staff is fine, but your waiting room is not calming, especially for a situation of getting an MRI done. What's sad is, I know the MRI is to help see if there is anything going on with my lower back from my car accident. Inside the tube I started to cry I could not believe what had just happened to me. My experience here was phenomenal. If you're anything like me, then you must be extremely nervous about the whole process. Fortunately, the entire staff here will ensure that you are always in good hands. They made me feel so welcomed and ensured that I had an easy, smooth, and stress-free experience. From the Front Office Staff, Insurance Representatives, and to the MRI Tech's - they were all so professional, sweet and caring. I'm usually claustrophobic so I was having a little bit of anxiety about the MRI machine, but they were so accommodating that they let my friend come in with me for emotional support and that helped a lot. Not to mention the team was kind enough to ensure I was doing ok - they made me laugh, kept me relaxed, and before I knew it, I was done! Also guys, if you're wondering, this place was also super neat and clean. I also requested certain documents, and I received my requests less than 24 hours. I got the appointment very fast ( the only thing - before going for your chest X-ray don't forget that you need an authorization form from a doctor). If you need an MRI, go here! The staff here are just wonderful! The receptionist I spoke to when scheduling the appointment (I got in the day after I called) was so warm and friendly, it made me make the appointment with them over the other places I called. I do not consider myself claustrophobic at all so was taken by surprise when I found myself feeling very uneasy when going into the machine. The two staff members were so lovely, with one even sitting at the other end of the machine with me throughout the whole scan. The technician was so great, asking me a couple of times throughout the process if I was doing ok. I was a cash patient and these guys were the cheapest I could find. I really could not have had a better experience and will go back to them again in a second! read more

I really appreciated the way these guys were able to make time to see my dad on a short notice. As per my dad's oncologist's directive, he had to perform a CT scan right away to make sure of his status. Obviously when you are a cancer patient time is extremely valuable to you. But I have been trying to pay them and I tried to do it online, but it seems their website is infected with a really bad VIRUS that tried to infect my computer. I came to this location a few weeks ago because my boyfriend needed an MRI done on his shoulder. The individuals working here are very courteous and professional! We didn't wait very long after we checked in to the front desk and his process was done quite quickly as well. As I was waiting the receptionist (a young girl I think her name was Ani) offered me coffee and started talking to me and made me feel very comfortable with the place.
