She kicked one man in the groin with a boot, chased and shoved another, and then grabbed their backpack and threw it across the sidewalk, destroying electronics inside. The bag contained two laptops, including a 2025 MacBook Pro valued at $3,999 and issued by the victim's employer. I spoke with the victims afterward and documented both the injuries and property damage with photos and video. I advised them to seek medical care and legal assistance. Based on the footage and the value of the destroyed property, the incident appears to qualify as felony assault and felony criminal mischief under New York law. I am deeply disturbed by what I witnessed and saddened that such violence occurred in public. I hope the responsible parties are held accountable so that people can feel safe in this community again.
