By luck we pulled in here, to inspect our car and get off the road. They were closed but by chance a gentleman was doing inventory or some extra work. He came out to see if we needed any help. He got on the cold snow covered ground and went to work locating the hole. He quickly determined he could patch the tire for us and did so. He could have stayed inside we would have never known he was there. We knew the facility was closed, we just pulled in to get off the road. This good Samaritan came to our rescue and boy was it cold outside. Thanks for your help!!! We would have been stranded forever because we didn't have a spare tire. You guys are the best.

They noticed a tire that they put on was different the next time I came in and asked me if I changed it and I told them no asked me if someone else had driven my car and I said no until I realize I was at a hotel and then valet kept the car in a parking garage for three days. He actually called two places and gave me the number of a third for the type of tire that was sold in Ohio. As a single mom, I didn't have a ride home. I immediately reached out to the West Herr Nissan dealership at 4:30. After waiting an hour for a return call, I placed a second call. The service manager instructed me not to drive, and to have the vehicle towed to their dealership. The service manager then stated that they would not be able to look at my vehicle until Friday or Monday. My choices, a 15-hour bus ride home, a one-way car rental, or an extended stay at a hotel with no transportation until they figured it out. John at Lamarco's Auto Service, an extremely kind gentleman, put me in contact with Chuck at Transmission Exchange. Upon my arrival, my car was immediately put on a lift and the issue identified as a rotted transmission hose. During my wait, Chuck did everything in his power to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I was even invited to join the crew for lunch! Transmission Exchange diagnosed the issue, completed the repair and I was on the road within a couple of hours. After my negative experience with West Herr, I had given up on receiving any kind compassion regarding my circumstances. A big thanks to Chuck, Mom & the crew for restoring my faith in the humanity. When i first went there Chuck was very nice and friendly. called me back within a couple hours to let me know that my transmission needed to be rebuilt. He said it would take a few days. My vehicle ended up being there for 9 days before i got it back from the transmission rebuilt!!! when i got it back, immediately i knew something was wrong so took it back and spoke with Joe. Joe claims he drive it around and also had the owner Chuck drive it and both said it drives perfectly. Another week goes by and i take it back because its definately not driving perfectly as they said it was. Now this time Joe said oh yea i feel what youre talking about i think its the motor mounts but we dont fix that here we only do transmission work so youll have to take it to a general shop. Immediately i took it to another shop and within 10 minutes they found that one of the engine mounts was left loose and the bracket was damaged! This was NOT an issued before i took my car to Transmission Exchange and the fact that they refuse to help me now that they got their money is unbelievable!!! I will never go there again nor recommend anyone to trust these people with their vehicle. DONT DO IT!!! They told me they purchase used tires and that the range is typically $10-$80 per tire depending on condition and demand. After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail.
