Good gas quality is what make this gas station a great choice to fill in your car. Price is steep but you can't go wrong with 'em. A job stimulus package a few years back made it so that gas station attendants had to pump the gas for you. A friendly lady came out from the convenience store and helped me out. We chatted a bit while I waited. I didn't have time to go inside the convenience store, nor stop at the restroom. But from what I gather, it was a clean and efficiently run place. A prior entry indicated that this place was closed, which is not accurate, as it was very open. There were plenty of other motorists stopping by here, either because of the Portland airport that sat nearby, or just people getting their Sunday started early. It was a quick and convenient stop, it did its job well.

Since I was already here I filled up and went into the market for a soda. This is not a great location and the store was run down. I had a gentleman who started up a conversation about my campervan at the pump advise me on my way inside that I was better off using my own restroom facilities so I didn't even bother checking them out. Most of the employees are crackheads. How good the carls junior is completely depends on who is there. The loud Mexican manager lady is super annoying fries always stale. Extremely common for the Carl's to only have ONE employee on there running like a chicken with their head cut off. You can commonly expect to wait 30 mins to no fault of theirs. Maybe if they actually paid people they could hold an employee for more than a week. Dont even think of going to the truck shop I wouldnt trust them to air up a tire. The coffee for the last year has turned into a bio weapon, I opened each machine today and they are ALL full of mold. My main gripes are with the higher ups here and the surrounding area. Boardman is a town of nothing but degenerates. They would have to pay enough for people to want to drive out there and pay enough that they can root out all the degenerates.
