A few months back I bought the Benjamin Moore paint in Smoke. I had used this color in the past and loved it. But something is off on the Benjamin Moore calibration machines because the color I received is not the true smoke color. Picture provided shows the one on the right to be a powdery light blue rather than the color on the left which is the true smoke color. When I brought the can back to the store Ray told me that some of the Benjamin Moore colors were coming out wrong. He was willing to take the paint back - until I shared I had waited two months to paint. Problem #1, it did not matter if I waited 30 days or 60 days to paint. The Benjamin Moore calibration of color was off. They should stand behind their product. Ray even told me I could not re-buy the paint because the machine would still produce the wrong color. Problem #2, Ray took my name and number and said they would call me to resolve the problem. They have never called. It has been 10 days. Benjamin Moore and Catalina paint did not stand behind their word to call nor their product quality. That is a lack of integrity and very poor customer service. Thankfully I was able to go to another company altogether and have them color match it beautifully.

Was sent by my project mgr/designer to check out the colors of the concrete. Showroom was upstairs. I looked around. Really pretty wall of colors to choose from. So many options in all shades, light to dark (see my pics). Went back down as I had questions and no one was upstairs. Spoke to Derrick and he was so nice. He apologized for no one helping upstairs, but honestly, I like to look around on my own first and then speak with someone. Derrick walked with us back upstairs and I showed him what I wanted. He got Kelan right away to help us with samples. He was nice too. You can get them for $5 each, return for credit towards your purchase or money back. Jeremiah helped us at the desk. He was nice too. I created an account. When I got home I called the store because they didn't have a sample I wanted (Calm White). Spoke to Zack and he was nice and helpful. A few years earlier, we had used Howard Oh and his team to paint the exterior of our home. I had selected him after looking at all the homes that were recently painted in our subdivision. I picked the guys who consistently delivered the best looking results. They did an outstanding job for a good price on the exterior, and it was an easy decision to choose them for painting the interior. In doing the interior, we had some timing delays due to Covid-19. We finally decided to pull the trigger and get started. Everyone did a good job with social distancing for six days, and it all worked out fine. Can't say enough good things about the work crew--especially Hugo. Hugo's vast experience and attention to detail will please even the pickiest person. Absolutely love his can-do attitude and desire to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a honest and high quality outfit. The price was also very fair. I have already recommended them to a neighbor who has also used them on their home. Count me another satisfied customer!

Mr. Howard Oh, owner of Sunrise Painting, was recommended to me by two realtors I trust. I got a…read morecompeting bid by another painting contractor who I had used before and was pleased with, but Mr. Oh's price was a bit better. He's fair and very accommodating with "extras" I wanted after the job started. I had about 35% of the exterior painted and virtually 100% of the interior painted. Work took place over about 9 business days. The star of the show is Hugo, an employee of Mr. Oh's for 25 years. This man was the best worker I've seen in a long while. He and his helper always showed up on time, cleaned up inside and out before leaving each day, and not only moved furniture but helped me move personal items. When he moved the stove out to paint behind it, he cleaned the floor and the sides of the cabinets on each side, even though I said I could do that myself. He would take note of where my artwork went and would hang it up for me after he was finished with the room. He would always ask about things so that I could give him the proper direction beforehand, instead of just assuming something and having to re-do it the way I wanted (as I've experienced with other contractors). Hugo is polite, friendly, and gets down to business. He is also knowledgeable about his profession. He takes great pride in the work he does, and it shows. I can't say enough about him and Sunrise Painting. Highly recommend!

Every place we have gone to get supplies has been a headache. Incorrect orders, no show deliveries, it was super frustrating. Shilpark paint is the ONLY place that made it easy for my husband to order quality paint. Including Home Depot and Lowe's! Also, Shilpark actually answers the phone. They get our paint to us in a reasonable amount of time AND the order is ALWAYS right. These guys are really on the ball and definitely deserve your business.
