I came in, asking about Dunn Edwards' free color consulting service that they offer to commercial buildings. We have an 18-unit condo building that has been beige stucco & red brick all its life. In 1972, it probably was in style - but in 2022, not so much. We really wanted an updated look and had some general ideas and colors, but all the paint colors were overwhelming to choose from. Robert met with me and one of my Board members to see the building, and we explained we wanted a more modern look, and that we liked charcoal grays and slate blues and pale grays. We were proposing color schemes for the whole HOA to vote on, so when Robert offered to send us renderings with different color schemes that he recommended, we were super happy. Robert was so patient with us! He took pics of the front & inner courtyard of our building, forwarded them to his graphic designers, and emailed renders with Dunn Edwards colors for us to present to everyone. His choices of colors based on our general guidelines were excellent. Our final decision on colors took a few meetings, and a few color changes, but Robert met all our deadlines. Fast forward to now, about a year later, and we just had the building painted. My Board was wowed because our building literally looks JUST LIKE ROBERT'S RENDERS. His renders with the Dunn Edwards colors painting our building were spot on. We have a lot of newer buildings in the area, so this new paint scheme gives us much needed curb appeal, and we have gotten many compliments from neighbors. My Board & I are so grateful for Dunn Edwards' complimentary professional color consultation services. We wouldn't have been able to pick our current color scheme without Robert's recommendations, nor would we have been able to create such stunning renders in Dunn Edward-specific colors without his graphic design team. Without them, our HOA would have had a much harder time envisioning the end result. Thank you so much Robert!!
