By 8:40 AM, no one had arrived, so I reached out and received no response. The movers did not arrive until just before 10:00 AM, with no communication or apology regarding the delay. The move was completed at approximately 11:26 AM, yet we were still charged $495 for a full 3-hour minimum. Had they arrived at the agreed-upon appointment time, the job likely would have been much closer to the timeframe they charged for. Instead, we were billed for time during which no services were being provided. When I attempted to discuss the issue, Charles became argumentative and unwilling to reasonably address my concerns. Comments I left on the Venmo transaction were deleted, and my negative review was also removed. There was also very little documentation or transparency regarding the billing terms or transaction. Their response also stated that Tooele was "46 miles away," but if distance was an issue, the job should not have been accepted or should have been scheduled appropriately. Overall, this experience felt extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. I would strongly encourage others to use caution before hiring this company.
