Avoid This Company at All Costs This was the worst experience I've had with a company in a very long time. DO NOT SIGN UP. Here's why: 1. Deceptive Sales Practices: They sent someone to my house who presented as a college student, seemingly relying on pity to get the sale. I agreed to help, only for this person to disappear and never return. Instead, they sent other cleaners, who clearly didn't care about quality. 2. Terrible Cleaning Quality: They never cleaned the inside of the windows, left streaks and soap residue all over the exterior, and rushed through the job as if they couldn't get away fast enough. 3. Aggressive and Harassing Behavior: The company repeatedly called me, and when I didn't answer, they'd call again and again in rapid succession like a stalker. Absolutely unacceptable and invasive. 4. Terrible Customer Service: Dealing with their customer service was infuriating. It felt like talking to an unhelpful AI bot programmed to waste your time rather than address concerns. No one could answer questions or make decisions to resolve issues. 5. Unjust Charges: After enduring their subpar service, I decided to cancel, which turned into another ordeal. They charged me $50 to cancel early, despite my dissatisfaction and clear reasoning. It felt like being penalized for their mistakes. Beware of the "Tri Clean 24" package. It's marketed as a tri-annual cleaning service, but what you're actually signing up for is a two-year agreement. I only realized later that I was committed to another three exterior-only cleans at $459 each. Given the inconsistent quality of the work, I was not willing to spend another $1,377 on subpar service. To cancel the agreement, I still had to pay an additional $459 cancellation fee. Here was my experience: First clean (inside and out - $599): Several windows were missed, and there was mud splatter left on others. I had to ask the crew to come back and fix the issues before they left. Second clean (outside only - $459): Probably the best clean out of the three, but still not what I would expect for that price. Third clean: This one was extremely disappointing. The two workers who arrived seemed unsure of what they were supposed to be doing. They attempted to clean inside windows even though that was not included in the contract, still missed several windows, and left without asking us to inspect the work. Overall, the quality was inconsistent, the contract terms were misleading, and the cancellation process was expensive and frustrating. Won't be recommending or using Glide ever again! read more

I will join the chorus of "stay away from this group". The litany of bad things with them seems never ending. -They failed to perform the contracted work. Ie specifically a screen repair that was to be done while doing the window cleaning -took a month for them to return and finish and repair the window screen -during the time that they were "waiting for me to be home" and repair a screen, they harassed me with emails and call about the service fee - when informed that I had zero confidence in them being able to perform the duties going forward,they stated I owed them more money and refused to cancel my contract -Never apologized, never took responsibility, never offered to "hey, it's an outside project, we can swing by and take care of it.." -management says "we can't do anything, you signed a contract and its binding" read more

I had Glide Service my home for air duct cleaning and it was amazing to see how much debris was coming out of our supply and returns. we haven't had it done in years. They use an air whip and a vacuum and they make sure to cover up all the vents when cleaning to keep your home clean. The team was professional and kind. I would recommend them. The price also was super affordable. read more

This company is a scam. They will take your money without even cleaning anything. They also misclassify their employees as contractors to evade taxes and instead make their employees pay those taxes on the company's behalf. These people are slimy, untrustworthy, unethical scammers. read more

These guys apparently don't know how to read we have a no solicitation sign on the door. I gave them one star just so I could leave this review! There are better ways to solicit than door-to-door in 2024. Figure it out please. read more

This company uses a bait and switch sales approach. In my opinion, this is a scam. Do Not Sign A Contract with these dirtbags!

They did a wonderful job, reasonable and honest! Will be using them again. They were on time and the price was right!
