The employees are very kind, personable, and clearly know what they're doing. The themed decor around the shop is absolutely gorgeous and their music selection specifically is superb; I must've added at least 10 different songs I've heard in-store to my personal playlist. The only reason I'm knocking off one (half of a) star is because among my times visiting the store, I've gotten a couple inconsistent assessments regarding a tongue piercing. While I don't remember any names, I've been told I both did and did not have the anatomy for a tongue piercing by two different piercers - and when I was able to get my tongue pierced here on the second visit, after the swelling died down I noticed it was too far back to fit comfortably in my mouth and gave me a noticeable lisp, so I had to take it out after a month and have it re-pierced elsewhere in the correct position. I truly wish I could put in a 4.5-star review on Yelp because I've gotten many other piercings (snake bites, double lobes, septum upsize) from this establishment with no other issues to mention. They have a wide range of jewelry to select from as well, so if you don't rock with standard studs they have a little something for everybody from jewels to stars. All things considered, I first visited Victory very inexperienced with the piercing process - they're otherwise very open to location changes and are extremely receptive with personal feedback. Compared to other shops I've visited in the area, Victory is a bit on the pricier side and may not be suitable for those who can't afford the price tag, though I believe it's a welcome trade-off for experienced, safe, professional, and clean service.

I didn't even want to tip him I was so annoyed. 3 months prior, my husband paid $400 for an intricate forearm name piece (same name I got) with color. You can fit 10 of my name tattoos inside the size of his. He will return for another tattoo, I will not. That being said, the shop is clean and well decorated.
