In other words, everything you'd want a quality tattoo shop to be. As has been mentioned by many before, Chris is a great dude. Spent about four hours getting a shoulder tattoo done by him, and the entire time was spent with very relaxing casual conversation, joking around, and some pretty awesome stories. I got an estimated quote for the tattoo cost from him before the appointment (like a min-max of the expected cost), and even though it's pay-by-the-hour, AND we went over the expected time by like another hour and a half, he still charged me the minimum for the quote. When I followed up for the refund, the owner refused and instead called me an "irresponsible parent." The deposit was kept despite the shop acknowledging the error.
