Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Update: the owner is an amazing person! Really took time out of his day to apologize for my inconvenience. I wish I could just give the owner 5 stars.

I'm in my senior year of college, 22, on time ready to graduate in May after 4 years, only to find out their college student discount only applies to people under 21? She told me that the owner changed it because people older than that were abusing it. My question is, so? College is expensive, and age should not play a factor in your student discount. No where else that I've been that has a student discount has an age limit! Not cool.

Next day (prerinse) I looked a bit Cheeto-y, but after I rinsed off my color was great and I didn't have any splotches or "dirty" looking spots which I usually see on my hands/feet with booth sprays. I didn't remove my under garments, but I think had I needed to for coverage it didn't sound like that would have been an issue. I deducted a star because London mentioned that they plan to remove the basic (the tan I got) which is a bummer because for the price it's great coverage and it's the perfect price point if you're in a lot (5!!) weddings in a year and need to keep budget in mind. I was feeling down and really wanted to do something to pick up my spirits. The nail technician helped me find the perfect holiday wine dip color and took her time soaking off my old nails, shaping, buffing, dipping and manicuring my nails to perfection.
