Today I was told by (unknown name) who was working the front counter that because it was 4:25pm and they close at 5pm on Sunday's that I wouldn't be able to get my spay tan because there was another lady infront of me in line. So basically because she didn't want to do extra work or get out of work later than 5pm that I get to leave an unhappy costumer and go on my vacation to myrtle beach tomorrow morning before they even open super pale!! (which I'm not sure when spray tans take 20+ mins per person all of a sudden anyways). Very disappointing that it seems costumer service is not a thing for some people now a days. Not to mention every time I see this young lady working she's constantly on her cell phone. ALSO about a month and a half ago with the same girl at the front desk, I went tanning in the first booth on the left (high pressure bed) I had the door opened up on me and it was wide open the entire time I was tanning....they tried to tell me that I didn't lock the door or close the door all the way and that's why both doors were wide open for everyone to look in at me while tanning. Well now every time I go tanning here I take a video of me locking the door and making sure it's completely closed so they couldn't tell me otherwise next this happens. Next day (prerinse) I looked a bit Cheeto-y, but after I rinsed off my color was great and I didn't have any splotches or "dirty" looking spots which I usually see on my hands/feet with booth sprays. I didn't remove my under garments, but I think had I needed to for coverage it didn't sound like that would have been an issue. I deducted a star because London mentioned that they plan to remove the basic (the tan I got) which is a bummer because for the price it's great coverage and it's the perfect price point if you're in a lot (5!!) weddings in a year and need to keep budget in mind. She then said due to her personal issues she couldn't see me this weekend- to then say actually I speak with my fellow coworkers who think I'm nuts for doing this for you so I decided (after I offered and scheduled this appointment for weeks with you missing work and your only vacation) that I'm gonna blindside you and not even do what I promised and fix my mess ups!
