I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and making sure the shop has your approval before performing any repairs or removing any parts.

After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.

We took our Chevy Silverado in when the engine light went on. It needed a fuel pressure sensor. No hassle! No stalling! My hubby took the truck in and spoke with Kevin. You can rely on Dino at Greg's Automotive Service (GAS) to carefully diagnose your automotive…read moreproblem BEFORE proposing a solution. For example, the driver's side window of my car stuttered several times before finally closing. This was especially irritating when I needed to lock and park the car but had to wait for the window to stutter several times before closing. When I took my car to the dealership for a repair estimate, I was told that the electric motor and all mechanical components associated with had to be replaced. The cost of doing so would be about $600. When I took the car to GAS, Dino diagnosed the problem and concluded that lubricating the mechanical components would likely solve the problem. The cost of doing that was about $550 less than the dealership's solution. The window's worked perfectly for years now. GAS' ability to diagnose a problem closely before offering solutions happened again when I took my car in for a loud whirring sound it made at highway speeds. The dealership proposed replacing both bearings. Dino proposed replacing only the noisy one. Finally, when I began hearing a rattling sound under the hood, GAS isolated the problem to one of the gears driven by the serpentine belt. Rather than replace the all the gears and the belt, GAS took the time to isolate and then replace the one offending gear. When my cars aren't under factory warranty, I will always take them to GAS. To do otherwise would be foolish. I suggest you take your cars to Greg's Automotive Service, too.
