Satisfactory coffee at best for me. Nothing to write home to mom about. Ok, I'll admit that this iced latte was the only drink I ever tried from this place, but I can honestly say that this one drink was all I needed to know. I was drawn in to try their ube latte because as a Filipina, I'm sometimes very drawn in by my culture and ube is one of the staple desserts. I saw the latte advertised originally from their Instagram page and it was presented ever so gorgeous! They had the coffee layer with the ube mix and the shot of espresso poured in. I was smitten! One could say, ube-r delighted. So I get there and the place has a fun, rustic vibe which always makes for a good earthy feel to go with the earthy coffee and teas. I was excited. I order my ube latte and ask if their small iced latte had one or two shots of espresso. The guy said, "we can add the two if you want." I said yes please. Then it hit me that he basically said they would add the espresso at all, so I clarified, "wait, so there wasn't any espresso?" To which he replied, "No there's not any." I was astonished and questioned, "But it's a latte?" He said that it was basically a tea latte. Interesting how that was advertised. So $7 later for a 16oz iced ube latte with my assumably 2 shots of espresso. I wasn't entirely sure if it was two shots because my receipt only said extra shot for not even a dollar. I was at least ready to see my beautiful purple drink as it was advertised and got greeted with its brown cousin instead. Well, its Filipina still in that way i guess, so i drank it. It was bittersweet.

Coffee is brewed in-house so you know the coffee is fresh as it can be! Service: employees give me college vibes! I feel like I'm back in college interacting with the staff! They are super kind and even if it's a coffee cafe, they ask how I'm doing every so often making sure I'm having a good time here. Ambiance: I used to live in San Francisco and this reminds me of home! The hip and modern ambiance makes me feel like I'm back in the city.

I dropped into Global Coffee today on a recommendation. The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing, with plenty of seating to chat with a friend or do a little work. The staff was friendly and very fast. The medium iced americano I ordered was great and the price was good as well. Next time I might buy some ground coffee to enjoy at home. If you stop in I think you'll be impressed, as I was, by the whole experience. It's certainly worth trying and you'll probably end up being a repeat customer.

I love Global Coffee! Why hadn't I come here sooner? I've read and heard a lot of good things about Global Coffee yet I hadn't stopped by! I'm glad I finally had the chance to do so! My visit was perfect here! I can't say that I have any complaints whatsoever. The service was great by all three of the employees who were working there. They were all friendly and quick with my order. I felt welcome and wanted at this establishment. I told the lady who was helping me it was my first time there. I love caramel and coffee combined so she suggested an iced caramel mocha. Well, let me backtrack for a second...she suggested their signature menu first. I didn't feel like trying anything from it so that's when I went with a caramel mocha. That's always my favorite. I swear...caramel starts tasting better for me as the years go by. Not sure what it is but I love it more and more! Lol. I also ordered a chai tea for my bf. He said it was good. BTW, their signature menu has Nutella, Mazapan (Mexican peanut butter candy) and other coffee drinks! Not all together of course but these are a couple of flavors on there. I had a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and it was good too. Global Coffee has regular customers who stop by and with good reason. I heard one of the employees call a couple of customers by their first name. That's awesome! That right there tells me they have awesome customer service skills. They build a good rapport/relationship with customers by doing that. They don't have a drive-thru and they're kind far from me. It's still worth the drive from west El Paso! Next time I stop by, I'll try something from their signature menu. The place was also spotless and neat looking. Love this spot a lot (hey that rhymes!) and I'll be back soon. In the words of Nike...Just do it! :) You'll love the top-notch service and coffee here. There is something for everyone...even non-coffee lovers!

Love this place and specialties coffee. Small Inside. We went near closing on a Saturday was perfect. Pastries are good. Clean. The outdoor seating could use some TLC. Is too hot in El Paso to have metal chairs no umbrellas, who is going to seat and burn there. Inside is nice the staff super friendly, coffee is delicious. We will be back.

Very friendly staff, many choices, delicious looking desserts, which I am coming back to try them out. I mean strawberry cheesecake muffins and Nütella Brownies!? Come on!! I got the Iced Hawaiian Latte- it's good but I love my drinks super sweet so I just need to tell them to adjust it. My wife got the Mazapán latte (hot) and to me it taste like roasted marshmallows but my wife loves it. It's good but not sweet enough for me!! Lol. I'll have to update this review once I taste the desserts!

Additional make small talk and build rapport. Drinks & Food I've only ordered the Abuelita Mocha with oat milk, hot. Highly recommend if you're in the mood! I've also ordered the bfast bagel sandwich multiple times. Filling but not too overwhelming Other They tape the wifi password to each table, super convenient. There are a few spots to get comfy and work and others to just hang out. They also have an outdoor seating area. Prices are extremely reasonable AND they offer a point system to easily sign up for when paying.

Definitely a great cafe to get some work/studying done! The coffee is good, and the ladies behind the counter while I was there were both incredibly helpful! The outdoor seating seems very nice, and all of the little two-seat tables along the wall on the inside have access to outlets. They offer some pastries and some beverage alternatives to coffee. In short: it's small, cute, & clean with solid wifi, good coffee, and outstanding service. read more

After a year of living in El Paso, I finally was able to try this coffee spot. Unfortunately there was no dine in (which is understandable) so we just ordered and left with our delicious coffee! Upon entering we were greeted and we let the barista know it was our first time there. She was so attentive and asked what we normally order for coffee and if we like our coffee sweet or not as sweet. I ordered the Hawaiian cold foam cold brew. It is lightly sweetened. My husband ordered the Mazapan latte which is sweet. He loved it. I absolutely recommend the Hawaiian cold brew if you like coffees not so sweet. It was soooo smooth. Also we had a mishap with our 2 year old . We put her down for like 2 seconds while we were ordering and she broke the honey Mason jar all over the floor!! Talk about embarrassing! We offered to pay for it and the barista said it was ok. We felt so bad so we left a tip that was higher than what we normally tip. We feel so bad so and we Apologize to Global coffee. We will definitely be back to support their business. Great customer service and the coffee was so smooth. Highly recommend!! read more

Loved the place and the service, I like to try new places, and it's a plus if it is local, well...this one even has #madrenistrakombucha, a local supplier for metal straws #gogreenelpaso and an amazing #elpasostrong sticker on the entrance, it's pet friendly! Very chill and somewhat busy (steady mostly) traffic. Was able to work from my laptop for a few hours and have no complains. Staff was very friendly and checked up on me for water refill. Overall a very nice and relaxed experience. The music wasn't overbearing or loud as other places do to keep you from staying long. I work remotely often and it's hard to find places to work from for a long set of hours. I highly recommend them! read more

Coffee definitely tastes like it was made for me. Doesn't taste like the average expensive sugar water. Very quiet for laptop folk, staff are personal. I'm from out of town and I love small non commercial coffee shops and found this one on yelp. The girl at the cashier was on point with the coffee suggestion, I told her I needed something strong to wake me up but not bitter but sweet and she suggested the global coffee and it was perfect. Another staff member even went outside and brought us a table and chairs and dried them up for us (it was raining) and the guy making our drinks was also smiling and friendly. I will definitely be back before I leave and when I'm back in town. read more

Tried this place for the first time and I really enjoyed it! It's a really cute coffee shop and the people that work there are super nice. I got the iced white chocolate latte, which was just the right amount of sweet and it was super tasty. The person I was with got the Irish Cream iced coffee and it definitely had a stronger coffee taste, but was still good. Definitely looking forward to going back and trying other drinks they have! read more

This place is great! Perfect study environment, great customer service, delicious coffee and lovin' the coffee house music! The barista explained the selection in good detail. Glad I came here! I go to coffee shops for an expensive tea drink I can't make well and tbh the bathroom, WiFi, and energy. I got a London fog (which I learned the name of this drink from the barista) steamed soy milk, a dash of honey, and earl grey. Delicious. Fucking perfect honestly never had something so amazing She was really nice gave us water with fancy straws too. We had a whole bench to ourself and charged our laptop while using free WiFi. Awesome place. Saw some snacks there too read more

I visited Global Coffee for Yelp's Coffee Power Hour, and what a powerful hour it was, featuring well over 59 very strong minutes, many of which didn't contain any mention of the warriors, and there was ample evidence that the coffee came from somewhere in the globe, just as advertised. I enjoyed my beverage, I had the Jasmine Tea, presumably also from somewhere in the globe, and I really digged the relaxed coffeehouse vibe. The baristas were also very nice and friendly. read more

New coffee shop, so off the back super clean! Very helpful baristas, constantly recommending their new newest drinks. I had their global latte, I don't like my coffee super sweet so they customized it. It was still a little to sweet for me but good. The also have pastries I had a cinnamon roll, it was decent. They warm them in the microwave. Ambience was nice music wasn't blasting, you can still hold a conversation. I would recommend they upgrade to a non commercial music stream. Lol! Most of the chairs are metal so only comfortable for so long. They have two cushioned chairs only. They also have a few board games you can play. read more

Stopped by in the early AM while in town for a business trip. Got myself a 16 oz. vanilla latte with an extra shot. It was everything I wanted and needed it to be. Tasty and woke me up quickly!! The service was impeccable. The girl behind the counter was very warm and friendly and brought my latte over to me once it was ready. I highly recommend stopping by if you appreciate good coffee and espresso! read more

It's not easy getting around El Paso to make it to a coffeehouse only to find the door open to be told it's closing time. I have not returned and don't recommend this business. It doesn't take much time to make a coffee and it shows gratitude. read more

(I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
