Now, lets talk about la Disputa. Note: Syrups are not housemade, but nonetheless high quality. The DRINK: Lavender Iced Latte: BLESSINGS OF THE BEAN AND FLOWER Who would have thought to combine the robust, bold flavours of coffee with a sweet syrup singing the chorus of mountain flowers. From the Old World to our new modern world, the coffee bean and lavender leave scores of history on our taste buds. La Disputa coffee beans are bold and bittersweet with a mature earthiness. They are lightened by the mild and creamy milk and the floral and fragrant lavender syrup.
