Someone asked a question a few years ago of this business regarding getting help finding a hotel…read moreroom. They responded, "we can assist with pretty much everything." Maybe that was the case four years ago, but it's not any longer. I think they've become a little too exclusive for our own good. I had complicated travel plans and I really needed help putting it together (multiple countries, flights, trains, hotels, things to see, etc), so I contacted these people. The first thing they did was send me their prices. I knew there would be a cost, but I hadn't expected it to be exorbitant! I hesitated for some time, disappointed. I determined that it would probably cost me about $600 just for their service, but I finally decided to go for it, figuring the peace of mind would be worth it. Next, they asked me to provide a description of what I was looking for. So I wrote up a summary of what I had in mind and what I needed, taking a fair amount of time to do this. This was apparently passed to the agents who looked it over and decided I wasn't a suitable client. "We unfortunately cannot allocate the dedicated time needed to piece together your trip in a way that meets our high standards. For these reasons, we're very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this particular request." They want to be able to create an entire LUXURY packaged trip for you of their own creation using places they already have in their files-- that's what I got out of what they told me. So if you know you want to visit, say, Greece and have your dates but nothing else planned, and money is no object, then by all means, give them a call. I'm sure they'll put together something spectacular. But for the rest of us 99%ers, this is not the place.

Given the amount of money we had to fund raise over the course of four years to pay for these buses it would have been nice to have polite and helpful customer service, fully functional buses, and drivers that were informed and fully aware of traffic laws! $12,350 for two buses, less than 450 miles round trip. -Lacey Rivera is unbelievably RUDE. Had the booking been for personal and not professional purposes, I would've told her to cancel our reservation the first time she had an attitude about answering basic questions. Customers booking buses are not necessarily aware of the bus laws or requirements for bus drivers however, the staff should be aware of these laws and should assume that they need to inform customers of any pertinent information when booking a trip. We booked our trip in May 2024, a year ahead of time and I was not made aware until November about the requirements for bus drivers and the laws that would affect our trip. Ultimately, our students would either be stranded for over an hour prior to the event or over an hour after the event, rebooking with another bus company would have increased the price exponentially. I had to request information from Lacey repeatedly before receiving answers to basic but important questions. Unable to continue waiting for information from Lacey I called the office and spoke with Victoria, who was extremely helpful. I then noticed a hostile change in Lacey's behavior as though she was offended that I asked somebody else for information when it was her account to handle. Victoria Jones was extremely helpful and polite every time we had an interaction but dealing with Lacey after that was unpleasant. -Overall, my students made it to their destination and back safely however some of the feedback I received from students, school employees, and parent chaperones was concerning. One of our buses had some pretty serious damage to the passenger side of the bus upon arrival. Students reported that when returning in the wee hours of the morning, one of the bus drivers was running the lights and stop signs. One chaperone specifically reported a near accident that was definitely the fault of the driver. One of our buses had electrical issues and had to pull over at one point. The other bus did not have air-conditioning, which is an unfortunate thing during a heat wave on the last couple days of May. For $12,350?? Bus drivers were friendly and polite! However, some of the information that had been provided to the bus company was not provided to the drivers so they were uninformed about some key aspects of the trip. -Our high school had to pay $12,350 for two buses to travel less than 450 miles. I think a breakdown of cost should be provided to the customers as this is an overwhelming amount of money for students at a public school to be expected to come up with. It seems companies intentionally rip off schools at this time of year to maximize their profits and have zero interest in supporting students and communities. This…read moretransit agency did a good job of taking me to Morro Bay and I must declare it is pretty cool if you put aside the terrible weekend frequency of route 12. If you are a total bus fan like me, then it will be easy to appreciate this transit agency. They have a diverse fleet of buses that come from different vendors. I saw it on IG. I am very shocked to say their fare costs less than my local transit agency. Not too bad for a city that actually sees tourists and students. Drawback: If you have no patience waiting for a small bus then don't ride it because the operating hours are not as good as a larger city. Note: Don't get this organization confused. The other one has the double deck bus, this doesn't.

We had a set schedule and last minute decided to switch out one of the breweries. Our driver took care of it all, call the brewery ahead of time and kept us on schedule. I was really impressed by the bus itself. I have been on other beer bus tour and none were as nice as this one. The hardwood floor, sound system, lights, snacks and little touches were great. Our party wished the drive to the breweries were further so we could sing and dance in the bus longer. The breweries we went to were not crowded which was convenient because we got all beer and food fast. One of the locations even had outdoor games which was great.
