Easy to find, located in the B Terminal directly across from the lost and found and right around the corner from Ron Jon and Desigual. Park in the parking garage to make your life easier. Price is about $12.00 to park or if you have an EPass or sun pass you drive right in and no need to pay!

Appointments are booked out 5 months in advance currently and they don't take walk ins. Fuck this airport.

The interview itself was quick and easy. Officer that interviewed me was super friendly and shared all the details about the program.

Ask the Community - Global Entry Enrollment Center

Anyone scheduled on a weekend? Just making sure because the website says it's closed during weekends but my appointment is on a Saturday. Thanks!

Normally only M-F. Lately (2023) only Mon/Wed/Fri. Tue and Thu closed doing ZOOM interviews for renewals. Sometimes overtime is authorized and hours and days may differ. So sometimes you will see weekend appointments or appointments after 4pm.

If you are running late how do you notify?

Call 407-825-4366 and talk to an Officer or leave a message.

Where exactly at the Orlando airport is the Global Entry Office located for interviews?

Main terminal... B side...3rd floor (Ticketing/Departures). Across from Lost & Found office. Behind Ron Jon Surf Shop.

Do I first apply on line and when that is completed, they will give the okay to book for an interview? Can I apply in person at the Global Entry center or do I first apply online?

Apply online. Obtain conditional approval. Make an appointment online for the final interview or do the Enrollment on Arrival (EoA) option if coming into the USA on an international flight.…

There are multiple Yelp listings for TSA at Orlando International Airport (MCO). For example, TSA…read moreCheckpoint East and TSA PreCheck. We went through both the east checkpoint and PreCheck (kind of), so I'm leaving my review here on the main listing. We used CLEAR Plus at MCO and had no issues. This was at the security checkpoint for Gates 70-129 (the aforementioned east checkpoint) in Terminals A and B. CLEAR was in the far left lanes, then PreCheck, then regular. On an ordinary Tuesday around 11:00am, the regular line was by far the longest, followed by short lines for PreCheck, and no line for CLEAR. Folks with CLEAR saw the same TSA agent(s) as folks using PreCheck, just with higher priority. In other words, the CLEAR and PreCheck lines ended at the same point, with CLEAR travelers directed to TSA agents before PreCheck travelers. In our case, I guesstimate we saved maybe 2-3 minutes by using CLEAR instead PreCheck -- a marginal difference. Either way, I recommend both CLEAR and PreCheck. They're both good. Currently, CLEAR Plus costs $199 per year, Global Entry (which includes TSA PreCheck) costs $120 for 5 years, and PreCheck costs $85 for 5 years. All of these are paid for as a benefit through our American Express Platinum Card. Many credit cards offer this or similar benefits. Other examples include Bank of America Premium Rewards, Capital One Venture Rewards, and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Even if you don't have one of these cards, I think paying out of pocket for at least PreCheck - and Global Entry, if you travel internationally - is worth it for the time savings and convenience. All of the TSA agents that we interacted with at MCO and the actual security screening process were fine. A different security checkpoint (west) is used for Gates 1-59 in Terminals A and B. Terminal C, which is located in a different building/complex, has its own security checkpoint for Gates 230-253.

Well, you have no choice. You must endure the TSA if you want to fly out of the USA. Orlando is pretty much a hit or miss. Expect possible long lines, especially if you don't have pre check. Wait can take as long as 45 minutes or more occasionally. However, if you are lucky enough to have pre check, then it is much faster with about 15 minutes max wait. The scre... er government appointed officers can either be friendly or rude, depending on their mood. If you do have a good or bad experience, you submit an online comment card, where they have a poster right at the people move stations that you scan a QR code. However, do you really think management would read your comments and respond. Maybe if you are really lucky. Before this becomes a political post, it's just best to bring your patience and try to keep a positive attitude. If you are nice to them, most of the time they are nice back. However, if you can't stand the inane policies and hit or miss service, it's then best to try another airport or country (like Mexico or Japan) that does it better.

Also, arrive 30 minutes early- for 2 reasons: parking- while there are places around the building to park on the street, good luck finding a space. I ended up simply parking in the garage- which, by the way, costs $20 for 2 hours. Also, you can leave the garage through 2 doors, but those same doors are locked from the outside, so you have to walk all the way around when you leave to get to your car. Upon entering the building, you will be asked if you have a reservation, and you will have to show it to the security guard. Once in, be prepared for airport security- removing all metal, going through a metal detector, and being wanded. For me, anyway, after that, everything was a breeze. Upon entering the 3rd floor, I was again asked if I had a reservation and had to show it to the security guard, who in turn directed me to the kiosk where I signed in and was given a paper ticket. I was given a number that corresponded to a screen. I sat down in a very uncrowded room, and a few minutes later, my number came up; they also sent me a text. I had a very pleasant agent who helped me do a name change on my social security card, and I was done in less than 10 minutes! I headed back down and got in my car, paid for parking on the way out, and was on my way!

When I called again, the representative transferred me to the 'technical representative when I do Not have a 'user' or 'password' issue. I CANNOT get through their screening website even to get an appointment. When I called the published number for the local office, I was really speaking to the National office. The system is so inept that after confirming my appointment, I asked her if it was the location I am familiar with, she explained it was not. She explained that according to my Zip Code, that is the office the system generates and became 'snippy' with me. The irony is that the office closest to home has my same Zip Code yet the system does not allow them to make an appointment with that office. From our experience and that of friends, people get there at 6:00 am in order to get an appointment to be seen that day. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! to say the least!!!
