Sean was the optician that assisted me and he was super pleasant and knowledgeable - I feel like I took mini optician course today with what I learned while selecting my frames. I couldn't decide & ended up purchasing 3 pair (and for a lot less than $700!) I'm still waiting on the call to pick up my glasses now. It has been longer than the 2 hours they quoted me BUT the other place told me 2-3 WEEKS so whether it takes 2 hours or all night, I'll still be happy I got them in a day as opposed to waiting almost a month. Many of the other places I called either didn't accept our insurance or couldn't get us in at the most convenient time. So I really appreciated this. The office was clean, in a good location, and a nice size. The actual doctor was great! She was able to get both of my daughters in and out of there swiftly with all of the proper paperwork we needed. I'm giving them 3 stars because I was certainly pressure sold a bit by the person who sells their glasses. She tried to convince me that getting my glasses online wouldn't be a better deal cost-wise and this simply just isn't true. Two pairs of glasses (lenses + frames) there would have cost me over $500 after the insurance benefit. But I was able to find both pairs of glasses needed online for $120.00. I understand if selling glasses is what keeps this business afloat but there are better sales tactics than flat out lying. This definitely soured the experience.
