I'm always happy to go there. it's not an appointment that I just dread to go to. most dr appts I'd just rather not. anyway, try them out.

Dropped in with a bridge pad that I had ordered on Walmart Website, the Manager was very pleasant…read moreand receptive to my request for installing the pad. In only a very few minutes, She returned with my glasses fully repaired with the new pad. Then, I asked Her to repair my other pair which were twisted out of shape. She agreed and offered to replace the bridge pad on that pair of glasses. A few minutes later She returned from the back with them straight and with new pad. Now, get this; two repairs, 2 bottles of glass cleaner with 2 cloths, $12.51. Remarkable, very pleasant experience! Thank You!

I've been going here for sometime, I always get seen in a timely manner. They are always helpful if…read morepeople are willing to listen and work with them. They always go over my insurance with me and tell me what they will and will not cover. With contacts my insurance has a separate copay for that as its a completely different exam. And they let me know this at check-in. The doctors here are very thorough with the exams and have always answered my questions. Optical team is awesome they are so nice and helpful. I don't typically have issue with getting my glasses. But, if anything is off I've seen them work with patience's as long as they are willing to work with the optical staff. I've also seen people yelling at staff because, they thought insurance covered more than what it really does. And the staff always remained calm and collected. On a particular day I had an exam and Staff told someone what everything was on the sign-in sheet, test options and what insurance discounted and or what copays would cost Before, they were seen. Then at the end of there exam and at checkout they didn't want to pay for services rendered. And so they offered them the option to not have to pay by removing trial contacts. It was clear they were trying to help the person to not have to pay for anything though they put, all there time into helping people find what worked for there contacts. It's rude to think you can go into a medical office and expect something for free. I mean they went over everything before being seen. You don't go to a store and walkout without paying. That's theft of services. Bottom line, if you have questions ask and they will be happy to answer or find one for you. Also you can text (501)941-4321 this office anytime and when they get back into the office, they normally reply sometime next day. Just remember to be respectful and work with your providers. As they do there best to help you and your needs.

So they made me think my insurance covered all of it and didn't tell me until after the entire…read moreprocess of my appointment that it actually didn't cover jack crap not even a penny they even did all the exams even know I put down my insurance on my papers they then gave me contacts for a month to test out then gave me a case to put them in and my glasses prescription then the lady says your total is 320 I said 3 dollars and 20 cents she says no 320 dollars I say I have insurance though yall said it's accepted and she said we'll it's not I don't know who told you that then she gets up and goes go the back comes back out and says sir can you step back here please and says I need you to remove the contact lenses from your eyes even know they gonna throw them away regardless and says when you get the money we will then give you your prescription and contacts which is totally illegal they can't hold your prescription and it says online they also can't make you take the contacts out rather you can pay for them or not. I took them out cuz I'm not that kind of person but once I looked it up and talked to an attorney I realized they did alot of things that was very unprofessional and unethical and taking contacts out of someone's eyes that were already used anyways just to throw them away is just sad I would have paid them regardless I just didn't have the money until the next day but now that I know I'll never go to Global Eye Care in cabot again! They obviously scam people into thinking they can afford something or making them think there insurance is covering it when at the end they just want our hard earned money...BTW 320 dollars for 30 mins is absolutely insane! I feel that was mostly because I am brand new to having glasses and they new that. Needless to say I have GLADLY returned to Vision-care, which I highly recommend and I walked out of there very happy and with a lot of $ left in my pocket!

We had appointment on March 8th with Dr. McMinn, My husband and myself. Both needing glasses that…read moretotaled 890.00, we ordered them that day and was told 3 weeks to get in. I called on March 21 just to check and see if maybe they had come in a week early knowing that we still had another week left. I was told they were ordered and they get glasses in daily so they would call me when came in. I called March 29th(today) and was told they were not in and the lady that handle that was not in she had a death in family. I was concerned as my husband has to do his CDL certification by April 1st and needed his glasses to do testing as his other glasses were really bad. So I called the lady back and was told they had not even been ordered. Donna at front desk transfered me to a very RUDE old lady who was very unsympathic and kept stating they were all new there and no one new how to order the glasses, I then told her I immediately needed the 500.00 deposit paid on my glasses back and she said she didnt know how to do that she would tell doctor, asked to speak to doctor and was told with patients. I hung up and called back because I remembered they told me last week they had been ordered and asked why was I told last week they were ordered and they were not and I needed the 500.00 Back and she hung up on me. VERY RUDE!! I will be going in to get my refund and will place a complaint with the BBB
