It has been longer than the 2 hours they quoted me BUT the other place told me 2-3 WEEKS so whether it takes 2 hours or all night, I'll still be happy I got them in a day as opposed to waiting almost a month. I have a complicated prescription since I had mono-vision lasik surgery 10 years ago and wanted progressive bifocals. The store was busy and only two ladies answering the phone and helping customers. I had to wait a little bit but picked out frames in the meantime. The customers were being helped in a timely manner. When they were ready for me the gal was very knowledgeable about the lenses I was going to get and knew I didn't have insurance. She was very patient answering my questions and extremely helpful. I was expecting to have a much harder time as I have in the past and she just blew me away with a nice experience ordering and then picking up my glasses. I will recommend going here to anyone.

Usually, if something is too good to be true it isn't, but in this case it really was true. Here's how it went. I texted Steve the prescription, which he said could be made while I waited. (My grandson had lost his other glasses, so it was important to get new ones ASAP.) Sure enough, we picked out a pair of frames and received the glasses within about 20 minutes. The amazing price was $125. Now imagine the hassle of going to Walmart or somewhere, then having to go back to pick them up, then paying what would surely be a lot more. And yes, he's only open on Wednesday, but for us it was worth every bit the wait (two days.) Cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

So I can't see my prescription. After calling and explaining this 4 times, I finally asked them to just email it to me directly. I have to fill out a verification form and email back, wait days to have something I've paid for already. Given to me. I'm assuming this is because I was asked if I need it to buy or medical.
