I'm always happy to go there. it's not an appointment that I just dread to go to. most dr appts I'd just rather not. anyway, try them out.

I've been going here for sometime, I always get seen in a timely manner. They are always helpful if…read morepeople are willing to listen and work with them. They always go over my insurance with me and tell me what they will and will not cover. With contacts my insurance has a separate copay for that as its a completely different exam. And they let me know this at check-in. The doctors here are very thorough with the exams and have always answered my questions. Optical team is awesome they are so nice and helpful. I don't typically have issue with getting my glasses. But, if anything is off I've seen them work with patience's as long as they are willing to work with the optical staff. I've also seen people yelling at staff because, they thought insurance covered more than what it really does. And the staff always remained calm and collected. On a particular day I had an exam and Staff told someone what everything was on the sign-in sheet, test options and what insurance discounted and or what copays would cost Before, they were seen. Then at the end of there exam and at checkout they didn't want to pay for services rendered. And so they offered them the option to not have to pay by removing trial contacts. It was clear they were trying to help the person to not have to pay for anything though they put, all there time into helping people find what worked for there contacts. It's rude to think you can go into a medical office and expect something for free. I mean they went over everything before being seen. You don't go to a store and walkout without paying. That's theft of services. Bottom line, if you have questions ask and they will be happy to answer or find one for you. Also you can text (501)941-4321 this office anytime and when they get back into the office, they normally reply sometime next day. Just remember to be respectful and work with your providers. As they do there best to help you and your needs.

I took them out cuz I'm not that kind of person but once I looked it up and talked to an attorney I realized they did alot of things that was very unprofessional and unethical and taking contacts out of someone's eyes that were already used anyways just to throw them away is just sad I would have paid them regardless I just didn't have the money until the next day but now that I know I'll never go to Global Eye Care in cabot again! They obviously scam people into thinking they can afford something or making them think there insurance is covering it when at the end they just want our hard earned money...BTW 320 dollars for 30 mins is absolutely insane! I was concerned as my husband has to do his CDL certification by April 1st and needed his glasses to do testing as his other glasses were really bad. They leave a mark on the side of my head as if I had got hit with a pole or something. But when I call the office and speak to one of the staff employees. After waiting two weeks and calling,she first said "they normally order from Texas, but ya know, it was wiped out by a hurricane, so our other option was Florida, and it was only hit a little, but they had a box of contacts put up." I'm on the other end of the phone thinking, did she really just say that? Then after a month, she said that the people affected by the hurricanes were the first priority of the place they order contacts from. I asked a friend that works at another eye doctor and she said they were not affected and their contacts come in within a week. She also mentioned that there were a lot of Medicaid kids waiting on their glasses to come in. So you order contacts and glasses from the same place? The people affected by the hurricanes all have our different, exact same, prescription??? I went because I do not have insurance and the doctor's visit was cheaper, but...you get what you pay for.

I told them that seemed excessive to me, and they pointed out I had signed on the deposit when I made the appointment. That seemed overly greedy. We took our 9-year-old daughter in as a new patient because she had a few stubborn warts on her finger that wouldn't go away no matter what we tried. Our daughter was extremely nervous because of her negative past experiences with other physicians, but both Dr. Marcus and his staff were so accommodating and tried to make her more comfortable. He treated my daughter's warts, gave us free samples for a "back-up" plan in case we needed it, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this facility!
