The office is ebtrance to the office building is located right next to the M&T bank. You have to dial the offixe number on the keypad to get buzzed in. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and thought the pffixe set up was really cute. She had hand sanitizer available and obviously masks are required. She sanitizes between each customer and schedules appointments appropriately. I selected brow shaping, so my appointment was short, but the outcome was great. She doesnt use wax or thread, she shapes them with tweezers and mini scissors. They came out great and barely any pain. I would definitely recommend her and will be going to see her again!

Came yesterday to do my routine pick up of these items and a gentleman there named Ryan was SO helpful! I had mentioned that the spray formulation of the ingrown hair serum didn't work as well as the pump formulation in conversation, and he went out of his way to give me 10% off.
