    This is verbatim an email that I sent to Flowers Fast, regarding Global Flowers, a company I used thru eBates.com. +++++++++ Concerning the FTD Precious Heart Bouquet 1396874833 order, I wanted to let you know that the bouquet received, albeit on time, was not as was ordered. Whatever store was used, did a poor job of arranging this bouquet. It looks like they just shoved flowers willy nilly in a vase, careless as to their arrangement. I was shocked to see what was actually delivered. I was embarassed although I didn't say anything to the recipient and request that neither do Flowers Fast nor the florist that arranged this bouquet. I see that there was on the confirming email, upon closer inspection, there was a 'substitute similar product if not available" option. I did not see this on the order that I placed. This could be my fault but I didn't order a shabby looking bouquet. I expected to see carnations as was shown on the website - what store doesn't have small pink carnations? Instead there was some kind of giant spiky white mum looking flower that are too big to be where they are. There is no way those white flowers can open up the way they are crammed in there. There were light pink roses as expected. But no tiny pink carnations and no red flower with the yellow center. And the greenery was definitely overkill and not evenly placed or spaced. This bouquet looks very, very sloppy to me. This was very embarrassing, the recipient is too polite to ever say anything and honestly, I hope you never use this florist again. It looks like a ten year old put this bouquet together in his or her sleep. ++++++++ I wrote to eBates and Flowers Fast. FF told me they removed Global from their list of vendors. I also received a $20 refund which isn't half of what I paid but it's something. Also, Flowers Fast said they spoke to Global. FF said though the arrangement was not up to FF's standards, Global told them that the value of the flowers was certainly present. What a crock!!! Do not use Global Flowers for anything, ever!!!! ======= All things being equal, here's a message that the owner sent to me: (Note that he had me mixed up with another unhappy customer as my order was NOT to a hospital.) Also, regarding the claim I did not contact him, I did so via email. Flowers Fast had already contacted them via telephone (so I was told) and I felt another phone call was unnecessary, but I needed a record of my complaint and I don't see how I could 'prove' a phone call when companies usually deny that they've been contacted at all by an unhappy customer. Am I right??? Anyway, here's the message I received via facebook: i am one of the owners of global flowers and i am sorry you did not like the arrangment that was sent to the hospital. i am so sorry looking at the picture you posted i can say with out a dought that the arrangment pictured was not made by us we are not allowed to take them to the room and the cards sometime fall off and get put on the wrong arrangment. i am a ftd master florist. we are ranked in the top 5% of all shops in the usa. i you would have callede me i would of happily repaced it with a free up grade if where not happy, it is a shame you chose to be so hateful and hurtful. i try to do the best for our customers that we can. it is a real shame when people can not. call and discuss a problem before they try to destroy ones bussiness and life . again i am very sorry and i hope some day people will again learn how to act with others and not hide behind face book and other sites becase they do not have the skills to deal with people on a human and kind level. thank you for your time, cullen hulan global flowers ++++++++

    Can I give ZERO stars. This "business" is a joke. Talk about false advertisement. The arrangements shown are in no way even comparable to what you receive. They are poorly put together. The flowers and colors in my requested arrangement were not present in the one My mother received. It was monotone and one dimensional and overrun with greenery and a tacky, childish bow. I even ordered the 'delux' version and I could have gon to heb and made this myself! I called and complained and they sent a new bouquet which was uglier than the previous one and this time, it even included WILTED flowers! Needless to say I will drive the 40 miles to the 'florist' tomorrow, take both arrangements and get my money back!

    These are the crappy ugly "roses" my GF bought for me.  I sure wish I had received the roses she paid for!!

Kimberly and her staff may appear…read morewarm, friendly, and accommodating at first, which gave us confidence in their abilities, but our wedding experience revealed serious issues with professionalism, attention to detail, and service. We paid over $12,000 for floral services that were carefully planned, confirmed in writing, and fully paid for, yet many elements including our bridal bouquet, floral arch, aisle arrangements, chandelier installations, sweetheart table, and welcome display were incomplete, incorrect, or substituted without our approval. The colors, fullness, and overall design did not match what we had meticulously planned, which caused emotional distress and impacted the enjoyment and photos of our wedding day. When we attempted to respectfully address these concerns in writing, Kimberly's responses were unprofessional and included personal insults. She made inaccurate claims, misrepresented prior conversations, shifted blame onto us, and accused us of acting in bad faith. Her staff offered no assistance to correct the problems, leaving us with no resolution and further demonstrating a lack of accountability. These interactions were stressful, hurtful, and completely inappropriate for a professional vendor relationship. It is clear from our experience that Lemon Leaf Florist prioritizes protecting their reputation and profit over delivering the services promised to clients and is not skilled at executing the detailed work required for weddings. Even if initial interactions seem friendly and accommodating, potential clients should be cautious: you may encounter incomplete or incorrect services, lack of attention to detail, insults, and unhelpful responses when issues arise. We felt it was important to share the truth about how this company operates, even though we assume Lemon Leaf Florist may respond to this review to try to save face, because other couples deserve to make informed decisions and avoid the disappointment, stress, and emotional heartbreak that we experienced.

I know the sisters money is not the issue with me, but I expect what I see on the Internet to be delivered and they did a very bad job. The girls wanted to take away the arrangement my best friend got and give her a new one that is not acceptable either I am so disappointed on my best friend special day one day a year and they couldn't even help me with a beautiful flower arrangement. The flowers she brought were nothing like what had been discussed for over a year. You would think meeting with a vendor multiple times and providing the exact colors, type of bouquets, etc with pictures would be enough. Jean was so excited about the dark moody theme. It would be a first for her. Well - her actions, reactions and flowers came across as a "first" ever wedding. The price charged and the flowers received were way off. The excuse of I wanted to try something different is ridiculous. Who does that to a bride? Jean does. Pictures to prove it. Mind you red was not one of the colors... Left is what my daughter asked for and right are what JFK provided. You decide. Oh-we had a contract too. Beware.

I stopped for a free consultation at her office, which was located at our venue- which made visualizing and having everything on location quite convenient. It also eliminated an extra transport fee most florist tack onto the bill. She worked well with our budget, and made our arrangements work for what we were looking for in our price range. She truly listened to what I wanted and executed my vision beyond what I actually expected. Jeannie is personable and easy to talk to throughout the process. Not only is she sweet and kind hearted, but she was always responsive to all my communications. She took in my ideas, vision board, and pinterest images, gave her suggestions and insight for what works from her experience and brought my vision to life. I would recommend her to any Antebellum Oaks(AO) and non-AO brides. Jeannie, thank you so much for making our wedding look magical, and giving us the winter wedding aesthetic we wanted.
