I live in Florida and because of the heat I had concerns to order flowers online but the fact that they are located in Miami I ordered 75 XXL roses for my wife's birthday. I was totally shocked when I received the shipping confirmation from FedEx 4 days before the delivery was scheduled. Long story short, Global Rose swiped the roses not the short way from Miami (which was the case in my last few orders) they shipped the roses directly from Columbia. After the flowers arrived most roses had brown and hanging heads and doesn't look nice at all! I contacted the customer support immediately and there response was: "...this is total normal they could be a little bit dehydrated and I can remove the brown petals if I like..." Really? I have to peel of the petals on 75 roses? No excuse, no refund or replacement? This is what you can expect from Global Rose! read more

My loving husband had flowers delivered to me via FTD, and this is one of their contracted florists. My hubby sends me flowers often (and/brings them home to me - he's so sweet), and over the years I have found online delivery can be VERY hit and miss. Sadly, this occasion was a miss. Bummer! I was so happy for the surprise and at first glance thought the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. Then, upon further inspection, I realized several of the daisies were missing petals (some feel off as I sat the container on my table!), the small poms were smooshed and a bit limp (see pics); however, the 3 tangerine roses were happily fresh and fragrant. With exception of the roses, the arrangement looked like I had it for several days already. I called the local florist directly and he apologized and asked if I wanted a replacement the next day. "Yes, please." Ugh. This time, perfect variety of daisies, but filled with slightly wilted red carnations and the roses were faded and in almost full bloom. So disappointed. :'( Hesitantly called Collin (owner and operator) again to provide feedback: he was a bit defensive stating "I saw the arrangement leave this morning and it looked fine" to which I responded "if that is your definition of 'fine'" then your idea of quality is far inferior to my standards. Collin, sounding very defeated, ask if I would like yet another replacement sent on Monday. "No thanks. Our business is done and I will not be a repeat customer." I got the feeling Collin is accustomed to receiving a lot of complaints. Just an assumption...something in his tone. Bottom line: At least an attempt at providing good customer service was made (failed), so 2 stars in lieu of 1. Flowers simply not fresh and arrangements put together poorly IMHO. I ordered $100+ of flowers for my wedding. They never showed. I Never received a tracking # (after my initial order-conformation) or any info. when I tried to contact the company's customer service regarding my order. I have now received a full refund (I am grateful for that!) but I am extremely disappointed in the fact that what I purchased was never sent. Buyer beware! The image of what you see on the website and what you receive via shipment is grossly misleading! Non comparable at all. I purchased 50 Rose flowers (25 Red - 25 Yellow). Rose's were already wilting @arrival. Those yellow roses I requested where actually orange!. I spent around $131 which included Saturday shipping for Valentine's on Monday along with a vase. I am highly disappointed! This purchase is severely underwhelming. Going forward I will certainly look at websites such as Yelp before buying from these non credible companies. Worst flower company ever! 30 stems of peonies was $175 - I just learned you can get them at a market for about $10 for 10 stems- so a HUGE RIP OFF! Then- I get them at my door and they are tiny unbloomed bulbs - basically unusable! This is a joke. No ice pack just in a cardboard box almost wilted. This is verbatim an email that I sent to Flowers Fast, regarding Global Flowers, a company I used thru eBates.com. +++++++++ Concerning the FTD Precious Heart Bouquet 1396874833 order, I wanted to let you know that the bouquet received, albeit on time, was not as was ordered. Whatever store was used, did a poor job of arranging this bouquet. It looks like they just shoved flowers willy nilly in a vase, careless as to their arrangement. I was shocked to see what was actually delivered. I was embarassed although I didn't say anything to the recipient and request that neither do Flowers Fast nor the florist that arranged this bouquet. I see that there was on the confirming email, upon closer inspection, there was a 'substitute similar product if not available" option. I did not see this on the order that I placed. This could be my fault but I didn't order a shabby looking bouquet. I expected to see carnations as was shown on the website - what store doesn't have small pink carnations? Instead there was some kind of giant spiky white mum looking flower that are too big to be where they are. There is no way those white flowers can open up the way they are crammed in there. There were light pink roses as expected. But no tiny pink carnations and no red flower with the yellow center. And the greenery was definitely overkill and not evenly placed or spaced. This bouquet looks very, very sloppy to me. This was very embarrassing, the recipient is too polite to ever say anything and honestly, I hope you never use this florist again. It looks like a ten year old put this bouquet together in his or her sleep. ++++++++ I wrote to eBates and Flowers Fast. FF told me they removed Global from their list of vendors. I also received a $20 refund which isn't half of what I paid but it's something. Also, Flowers Fast said they spoke to Global. Can I give ZERO stars. This "business" is a joke. Talk about false advertisement. The arrangements shown are in no way even comparable to what you receive. They are poorly put together. The flowers and colors in my requested arrangement were not present in the one My mother received. It was monotone and one dimensional and overrun with greenery and a tacky, childish bow. I even ordered the 'delux' version and I could have gon to heb and made this myself! I called and complained and they sent a new bouquet which was uglier than the previous one and this time, it even included WILTED flowers! The flowers I received today were old and falling apart. I called to let the owner know and there was no answer at the shop. So I called the person who delivered them and explained the poor condition of the flowers. She was apologetic but explained that the owner told her that because it was a Friday she'd redeliver on Monday. Hello?!?! They're the ones who delivered inferior product. While a redelivery on Monday is fine it's really disappointing they didn't respond more quickly. First, I'm sorry that my birthday is on a Friday and inconvenienced them and Second, if this was my business I would've called to apologize and then run over fresh flowers immediately. Big No! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I hate that I even had to give them one star of this place. The customer service was the worst I've seen from any business in years! My girlfriend ordered me roses and paid a lot of money for roses, but someone took her order down wrong and instead ordered carnations (but was charged for roses!). When I got the flowers they were wilted and ugly. I felt bad showing them to my GF when she got home, but the second she saw them she said, "That's NOT what I ordered you! And those look like sh*t!" I told her I thought it was weird she ordered me carnations (& that they looked so bad), but didn't want to be ungrateful. She was super pissed and I said, "There must have been a mix up. I'm sure if you call them and tell them about it and I'm sure they will fix it" long story short, the manager told us "we don't do that" which I guess means they don't care that they ordered the wrong flowers and they don't care about customer service. We filed a complaint with FTD and will never be using this flower shop ever again (or FTD for that matter). Horrible business practices and super ugly flowers. Is there a way to give no stars? I ordered flowers through a national vendor for my wife and two days later, they were wilting. I called to complain and was offered a replacement arrangement. That'll work. My wife let me know that the new one was smaller than the first and hastily thrown together. The delivery driver also said he had to take back the first one. The receptionist told him that my wife had taken the first one home, and he left. He returned a half hour later and said he had been chewed out for not returning with one of the arrangements. He left with the replacement arrangement and left behind a business card, telling the receptionist that my wife could call the manager and work it out with him. I called the vendor I ordered the flowers through and was assured that none of this was proper procedure. read more

My son who lives in California sends me flowers for Mother's Day every year. I always appreciate his thoughtfulness but have tried to discourage him because the arrangements which he has ordered online have never matched the cost or expectations. One year, I was so infuriated by the amateurish arrangement and old, wilting flowers, I took the mess back to the florist. I wanted them to refund my son's credit card. They refused and gave me new flowers-----roses-----which BTW never opened! Last Saturday, his annual gift of flowers was delivered and this time, FINALLY, the stunningly beautiful arrangement not only met my expectations, it exceeded them. The flowers were clearly fresh and artfully and expertly arranged into the fullest bouquet I have ever seen. It included lavender roses, white tiger lilies, sweet williams, and numerous other flowers, arranged so thickly, it was difficult to check the water level. Such a problem!! In fact, because of the way the florist used the florist foam and inserted the stems, it was unnecessary to add water until yesterday. All the buds opened beautifully and today, 6 days later, the flowers look as beautiful as the day they were delivered. Usually, flower arrangements come in a cheap glass vase you never use again. Not this time!!! The vase was white, enameled metal with a gorgeous floral metal sculpture, like a mum, on the front. I will use it again and again. I emailed my son and told him to put the phone number of Global Flowers 2 You in his contact list and order direct next time. Not only will he save money, he will definitely get his money's worth (and so will I)!!! read more

What a disaster! My co-workers sent me flowers after I had surgery. The flowers arrived on a Monday. They looked ok, but I could tell some of the flowers in the arrangement weren't all that fresh. After letting someone know I received the flowers, they asked if there were balloons too. Balloons? There were no balloons. My co-worker called the florist and they said the balloons would be delivered the next day. On Tuesday they said, ooops, we missed the delivery cut off, it'll be tomorrow. Finally on THURSDAY the balloons were delivered. The guy delivering the balloons said, sorry, one of them didn't make it...I looked and there was a balloon that had popped. He said it was like that when it was given to him that morning. Of course by this time the flowers I received on Monday were looking pretty grim, but what my co-workers ordered had finally all arrived. The balloons were tied to a floppy little stuffed animal that looked like it cost about 25 cents or was the lowest prize you could win at a carnival. Probably not what was in the picture when my co-workers ordered it. I didn't place this order, so I don't know exactly what it was supposed to be. But I do know that it all should've been delivered together, the flowers should've been fresh and lasted more than a couple of days, and my co-workers probably paid a pretty penny for this arrangement. With the florist being in Lakeway, I really expected better service than this. Rest assured that this is a florist I will never use nor recommend to anyone else. read more

My sweetie went through FTD.com using a Groupon and this is the florist they used. The arrangement was scheduled to be delivered on Valentines Day but didn't make to me until 4pm the NEXT day, the 15th! The card had several typos throughout the message, the flowers look old and several were bruised, the reflective vase had smudges from top to bottom, the arrangement had no greenery at all and when compared to the picture of this arrangement on their web site, the one delivered to me was missing several roses that were suppose to be in the arrangement! Flowers were recently delivered to my office for a co-worker. The man that delivered these flowers was so disgustingly rude and intolerable. It is for this reason alone that I will never buy from or recommend Global Flowers 2 You. He made it a point to say that he does not have to deliver the flowers to the person they're intended for, just to the specific office. That might work well for an office with a typical office setting (with a waiting area and a receptionist), but it doesn't work so well for a secured office, which requires all deliveries to wait in the hallway until someone comes to the door. Flowers are supposed to make people happy, but when the person delivering them is ill-tempered, it defeats the purpose. The delivery person is "the face" of the company. That's the person people see and interact with. Global Flowers 2 You did a horrible job in choosing this man to be the face of their company. read more
