The only complaint I would have is that it is a little bit hard to get a hold of Melanie, as I've seen a few other reviewers mention. But, she does a great job and is reliable, so I really can't hold it against her. She seems to get really focused and caught up in whatever wedding is coming up, so I'm guessing she just spends more time actually arranging flowers vs business administrative things. So, bottom line: Last Petal does gorgeous work. You might not get a lot of communication from Melanie, but don't worry, your flowers will turn out great!
