All around bad. Anniversary flowers ordered on their website on a Friday, which provided me a delivery window option for Saturday between 11am - 3pm (and received an e-mailed confirmation). The flowers do not arrive on Saturday. I leave a voice message Saturday at 3:30 pm, no response on Monday. Tuesday, I go the store ask for a refund, and am told they can't find the order, and they are closed on Saturday. I am asked to forward my e-mail receipt to an e-mail address, which I do (having the staff member confirm the e-mail is correct). 48 hours later, I've still received no phone calls or e-mails, and thus I've just disputed the charge with my credit card. No apologies provided to the Mrs., either. I've used them twice a year for a couple years as the Mrs. has been pleased with the flowers, and I've tolerated some minor issues (slightly late deliveries and somewhat comically, mylar balloons not being delivered for three separate orders, which has become a running joke). All that said, they don't seem particularly bothered that I haven't received my flowers or refund -- but I am. Good riddance! read more

This was suppose to be a redemption review about excellent customer service but has detoured to being just plan insulted by staff on arrival. My husband had flowers delivered by Park Crest to my office and I was disappointed in the arrangement. It looked nothing like the photo my husband chose online and were wilting and damaged. I left a message and they called me back promptly with apologies and offered me a new bouquet! Even asked if I would like a different one so that I had a holiday center piece! I was ecstatic to have the option, noting to the woman on the phone that she was doing me a huge courtesy. They delivered them 2 days later. Great! Things got weird when they asked me to bring back the large vase that my original arrangement came in. The new arrangement was much smaller. They did offer to have their driver pick it up. I ended up dropping it off instead. This is were I decided to change my review. The two women I was thanking ended up laughing and insulting me. I explained that my co-worker was a florist at Whole Foods and received a RUDE response of laughing and comments about how quote, "That isn't a florist". They went on for long enough that I felt very awkward. This maybe how they feel about corporate flower arrangers but that needs to stay behind the scenes and not be passed along to me. They seem like a well established business and likely don't care about losing my business. Flowers cost a lot of money and should come with joy not gritted teeth. read more

ParkCrest is THE place for wedding florals. When I got engaged I started calling vendors all I kept hearing was "You are going to pay in the thousands". I'm sorry but no. I LOVE flowers, I really do, in my opinion they're essential to a nice wedding. But I'm not going to pay thousands of dollars for them, I don't love them that much. But ParkCrest was different, they gave me the exact flowers I wanted at the budget I had originally set for myself. They also asked for a small deposit which was awesome for a budget bride having to shell out early planning deposits back to back. Martha knows her stuff. She took my very poorly explained vision and made it into a beautiful reality. I know nothing about flowers and just brought pictures along and she would take one look at the image and she knew exactly which flower was which and would pull one out of her stash to show me. She had me laughing during our entire meeting and it was so nice seeing someone, who very clearly loves what they do, in action. I had originally wanted anemone's in my boutonnieres and had asked another local florist if that was possible. They rudely snubbed my idea and flat out refused. Martha kindly explained WHY that was a bad idea (anemones apparently don't wrap well and are also very thirsty flowers) and made beautiful pieces that I loved even more. She even went so far as to individualize them by putting similar pieces from my bouquet into only the groom's boutonniere, and the father's pieces were unique as well. That simple attention to detail and creativity makes this place stand apart from the rest. read more

The sympathy arrangement we ordered for a close friend to be sent to the family looked absolutely horrible and nothing like the picture on the website when ordered, not even the same color scheme. The table top arrangement literally looks like someone mowed a lawn of yellow weeds and threw it in a box. It has created an awkward and embarrassing situation for us and we are mortified. i had the day off and i was trying to find a florist for my wedding. it was pretty much the last major thing on my list and i was dying to get it done. i was very disappointed with the service I had received at a few other places, and park crest floral was my last try for the day. i had to set up an appointment to come back a little later, which was fine with me. upon coming back, we (my husbands grandma came with me) were greeted and set up at the front counter to check out some colors and designs. martha had a ton of energy but was also a very good listener. she didn't pressure me at all into getting things i wasn't interested in, and she helped me to pick out beautiful and reasonably priced flowers to meet my needs. about 6 weeks before the wedding (i think?), i realized that our venue had an archway that we would be standing under during the ceremony. so i emailed martha to ask her about pieces to go on the archway. we exchanged a few emails and photos and i ended up meeting with her a few days later to figure out what we were going to do. she again helped me pick out something that was beautiful yet reasonable. the morning of the wedding, i'm at my hair appointment and i get a call from martha. my husbands grandma was there to pick up the flowers as we planned, but there was no piece for the archway. whoops. so, martha, being the awesome lady that she is, told me she'd make it immediately and bring it to the ceremony site herself. and that's exactly what she did. and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. i saved my bouquet and one of the bridesmaids bouquets. i put them in a vase and it lasted at least a week! the ladies at park crest floral are worth your time and money to check out. you won't be disappointed! read more

We met Martha and Kimberly at a bridal show and were immediately drawn to the uniqueness of their arrangements and to their vibrant personalities. I could not describe specifics of what I wanted - I was looking for something very specific, but I didn't know what...I'd know it when I saw it. Martha was able to take my vague description of the general feel of the flowers I was wanting and created the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces I have ever seen. We were planning an outdoor wedding and became concerned about the stability of the tall centerpieces. Martha invited us for an additional meeting to brainstorm possible solutions and we settled upon an answer that satisfied us all. The morning of the wedding, it was windier than expected, so Martha did a complementary last-minute upgrade of our tallest centerpieces, to put them in the heaviest vases she had. She and Kimberly also sat through our ceremony, so that the centerpieces did not have to be sitting outdoors on tables any longer than necessary, just in case the wind returned. Martha and Kimberly are true artists. The arrangements and bouquets they created were unbelievably beautiful and unique. Their flowers made such an impact and many guests commented on them. Not once did I ever say the bouquet was beautiful if that was the case I wouldn't have complained about it in store or came on yelp and complained about it.. I was never informed that the flowers wouldn't be the color that I asked for or made to be wilted looking or absolutely nothing like what I ordered nor did I leave happy to say the least.. Not until I complained about it did u try to add more more flowers to it and take some out to make it look accordingly which it never came close too you did not even have the right flowers that I was told was going to be ordered!! I paid a total of 200$ for a small tacky bouquet that was not the correct color or flower and a bouteneer that was the wrong color not worth it at all!! It was a total rip off!!! the bouteneer was pink and was suppose to be purple!! That is a huge mistake don't u think?? And btw the " fresh" flowers you gave me died in 2 days in a fridge in water!
