After a few days, I tried to return the unopened charger (I had the receipt) and was told there was a 24 hour return policy. After some research, I discovered that this policy is not legal. The return policy, if different from a 7 day or 30 day return policy, needs to be posted by the cash register for all to see, in Los Angeles County. There was no such policy posted. I returned to the store, informed them of the ordinance and still told of the 24 hour policy, that was not posted. Posting the policy on the receipt does not substitute for having the policy displaced for all to see, in the store. So now, I have an unopened charger and reverse charges pending with my credit card. This could have been handled so much easier. Now, this location has lost a customer, who had been loyal for 12 years and has multiple complants filled against them. Refunds do not appear to be an option at this store anymore, so be careful what you purchase.
