He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!

After putting my feelers out on Yelp, I came across Audia Media Group. Frank was very responsive, knowledgeable, and most important FAIR. Appointment is scheduled and fast forward to the actual day, I'm greeted by his son Mack. Wow, this young man knows his stuff. I'm no slouch when it comes to home theater, networking etc, but he is lightyears ahead of the game. (We even chatted a bit about Anime) Mack took care of the prep work, including following CDC mask protocols and even removed his shoes before entered the carpeted areas of my home. A+++ Soon after, Frank shows up with the best demeanor, professional and approachable. Top notch in my book. Soon, the father and son team go to work. Measure, test, measure again and before I knew it... I was greeted by, yet another gentleman Steve. He appears in the living space and adds to the joy of this home theater install.
