To be fair, I will discuss both the positives and negatives. Positives: This business offers an option to board your dogs in the Nashville area that has, at least, a little bit of exposure to the outdoors. There are not many options close to the city. The most positive aspect of the kennel is the quality and friendliness of the staff. Negatives: I think this business is overshadowed by thinly veiled deception. The pictures on the site show dogs swimming in pools or playing in outdoor spaces. One needs to dig to discover that this kennel only guarantees to put your dog in a kennel with two undefined "walks" a day. To have your pet play with other dogs or swim in the pool, you must pay for each experience per day. Be sure to take a walk in the facility before committing your dog to stay there. A walk in the compound will reveal countless unhappy dogs barking at you for attention. This reminds me of visits to maximum security prisons. I dropped my dogs off and they were quickly overheated. This was on a Thursday. On Friday, I wanted an update of their health and a picture of them in the pool or play area. There was no response. If you check the kennel hours and times for staff response, they are highly restricted. The prices for putting your dog in a hot kennel with minimal interaction is $69 per day, per my experience as the base line price. I find this overpriced. Then they charge additional fees for things like playing with other dogs. I found this practice to be deceptive and insulting. I will never return to this facility. I can only thank the kind staff who work in a deceptive, potentially harmful, business model. Pet Resorts of America Nashville should be ashamed to be a business. You have the opportunity to do much better.

I needed it after some previous experiences at other vet clinics here in Nashville/Williamson County. I have seen several of the veterinarians here, current and ones that have since left. Our first visit with the puppy they included a sloth stuffy and our dog has been OBSESSED with it since, even suckling it lol - it is a regular purchase for us every few months or so now. I feel like their staff is always welcoming, knows us by name, knows our favorite toy and sets one aside if their stock gets low, and overall ENJOYS seeing my baby girl. It's the best practice we have ever been a part of overall in the 12+ years my husband and I have owned dogs. They never push us about doing things that require big spends and I genuinely know every single staff member here loves our pets like their own! We have done chiropractic care here and acupuncture and my dog acts like she knows everyone and they are just there to play with her. I'm so thankful she doesn't coward into a corner when we come by, which is behavior I would typically expect from her in those types of situations. We did her smooshface spay here and our girl did fantastic!! Also we did have a dermatologist up in town that was horribly unresponsive, it's never been that way at Animalia!!! From social media, reception, technicians, vets, we have never had a bad experience here. So thankful we found Animalia and highly recommend EVERYONE HERE HONESTLY and WHOLE HEARTEDLY.
