Brent is the "Real McCoy" when it comes to service writers. He's very knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle maintenance. I mentioned in my last review, how happy the customers are, I now notice how happy the crew is too. I'm sure I can't give Brent all the credit, but it seems morale is up which is great especially since the pandemic seems to keep holding many of us back.
