The NTB by Hungerford didn't have an opening until 1pm and I have to catch a flight at 5pm. I called Rockville Tire and Auto around 10am. He told me it would only take 30min, but a bay wouldn't be opened until about 11-1130am. I arrived at 11am and by 1122a, they found the culprit of the leak (stupid nail), patched my tire, and I was on my merry way! The price was very reasonable ($25.11 includes tax). The staff was very courteous. The inside of the shop is clean and has a 3 seater couch, a 2 seater, and a single chair. I can vouch for the comfiness of the three seater. There's a tv, an empty water dispenser, a Keurig (no k cups in there), and free wifi. While there were no K Cups out, you could certainly ask for them. I didn't come here for "amenities," so this didn't affect me at all. Hands down, I'll be coming here for future tire needs!

Doing some online research I figured it was due to the TPMS's battery was low and thus needed to be replaced. I have previously gotten one replaced at another shop for only $60 including sensor and labor. Only $25 for the labor if you bring your own part. Neely's tried to charge me $160 for just a 'diagnosis' which is literally a 1 min check with a diagnostic tool to find out the battery levels of each TPMS. And then they 'recommended' to replace all 4 sensors at once when that is totally unnecessary as all 4 TPMS's battery nearly never runs out at the same time. Then they want some more money for an OEM TPMS sensor when a universal Autel TPMS is less than $30 on Amazon. And Neely's will NOT install a customer provided part, even if it is brand new. Not to mention the mechanic I spoke with looks like some gang member and was super rude at that. AVOID these scam artist. If you want an honest mechanic, reach out to me and I can hook you up with one.

When I arrived there were a couple of cars ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal since this place is similar to a drive-thru you allowing you to conveniently wait your turn in your car. They work pretty quickly here and before I knew it I'm pulling forward to get my tire looked at. The mechanic was friendly, respectful, and took the time to listen to what was going on with my tire. He quickly got the tire off, diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done in plain language. The problem was with the valve stem, which had a leak. The mechanic got right to work making the repair and explaining to me what he was doing. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and he made sure everything was explained to my satisfaction. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no runaround; just honest work and solid service. Oh, and the cost of this repair was less than 25 bucks! I couldn't believe I received this much service and such great work at this price point. What makes this place stand out to me is the customer service from all of the staff, but in particular the mechanics themselves that are actually working on your car. Usually, the people working on your car are hidden in a garage somewhere while you wait in a waiting room, so you never actually meet the mechanic working on your car. At Mac's you are up close and personal to the mechanic. That's a huge plus in my book. You can tell this is a local business that actually cares about its reputation and all of the customers coming there. It's the kind of shop where they remember you, talk to you with respect, and make sure you leave satisfied. If you're tired of chain shops and want to support a local business that does quality work and treats customers right, this is the place to go.
