I didn't want gel. I wanted a clear polish per request. Upon viewing the website, there is NO indication that gel removal, gel add on, or even an acrylic fill is available or even a charge. There is also a $5 charge for filing your nails down and reshaping them when you get a balance. Since when are people nickel and diming for services? I've never had any nail tech charge me for a part of the service that is included in a balance - when you're balancing you're shaping the nail ANYWAYS. This is bizarre when you have an unclear menu, poor communication, and a subpar service... this wasn't worth $45 when I was in the chair for maybe 15-20 minutes. With a clear polish... I won't be back. This was honestly so unacceptable to spend that amount of money on something that takes far less effort than a colored polish, a gel colored polish or even regular colored polish. It's a total ripoff.
