I went for a gel pedi on a whim because I was in the area. I arrived and was seated quickly. I chose my color and my nail tech got to work. She was super friendly and did a great job on the cat eye color I chose, which required her to use a magnet. If the nail tech isn't very nimble with the magnet and doesn't set each nail in between, the technique doesn't work. I was impressed that she didn't cut corners with the technique, and it looked great as a result. She was also funny and super complimentary of my calf muscles, which are a result of years of walking on stilts (haha). Funny that she noticed. 5/5 for service, speed, and personality. I did have a weird situation with my foot tub where one of the nozzles blew off and she had to rush over and fix it... 3/5 on that equipment not being in totally functional condition. Not a huge deal, but not exactly relaxing for me or the person next to me when it happened. The massage chairs were also a 3/5. OK, but not the best, and a bit dated. Massage chairs are often the best part of a pedicure, so this is important for me. Overall 4/5. read more

My five year old daughter and I stopped in after school to have some fresh nails done for Valentine's Day and every single employee was extremely warm and inviting! The atmosphere is very friendly! While someone was taking care of my nails, someone else was kindly taking care of my daughter's nails behind me. Our nails look great! The pricing here is extremely reasonable too! Pedicure for an 11am appt. Quality extremely poor. Vibe was they could care less that their service was poor and had been several times. They cannot keep help except for 1 the personnel changed each time we went. Only went because my blind friend liked the one constant tech. My appointment and my friends appointment was for 11Am. We did wait gor a bit and then Megan started on my friend. I sat in a cold foot bath over an hour. I did not wait as my friend was almost done and I needed to leave so there was no time for me to stay do I left without any service at 12:15. I wrote a review that was not complimentary to this establishment as enough was enough. The owner wrote a reply that he was sorry I was so bitter and angry. Lol. I was neither. Perturbed yes but definitely not bitter. I was able to find a reputable and professional salon the next day. I just felt it needed to be addressed being that this was not the first time this has happened. Owner deflected by saying he hoped Jesus would replace my bitterness and anger with joy and happiness. I wasn't expecting it to feel like family, but I definitely enjoy the laughter and light-hearted jokes from the technicians. It's not solely focused on "business" - All Nails creates an authentic space. My first appointment I wasn't sure what to expect. Will the wait be long? Will my technician understand my style? Am I going to feel relaxed? So far all my needs have been met. On average I wait roughly 10 minutes with an appointment scheduled, the atmosphere is welcoming, there is no hassle explaining the type of service I want and I never feel rushed. Overall, my experience with All Nails is positive. I prefer to pay cash hence they offer at 10% discount. And I typically schedule last minute, but they're very accommodating and flexible. Typically family of the workers will visit or often FaceTime each other, I mention this because I love the culture presented. In from out of town on a time difference and called the shop to see if they could get me in, I didnt realize it was an hour before closing so I tried to keep it simple. I originally asked for an ombre/dip but the tech was hesitant. I wasnt the only one in the shop, there were atleast 5 other women stil getting services after I left. But the tech rushed through my halfmoons and when I asked for a single rhinestone he got irritated and kept dropping the stones everywhere bc he was moving too fast. He finally got them on and they all fell off within 2 days. He also rushed through painting them so quickly that the color is patchy and pale, which i didnt see until I got outside. Worse, my middle nail broke off just 4 days later, went in for a repair and was treated like crap even though i said I didnt mind waiting. . I couldnt find my color fast enough for the owner apparently and he said loudly "Now shes over there wasting time when this lady wants a full set" wtf??? I said I would wait, it was your decision to say yes!!! I had planned on tipping the tech just for his time but he again he rushed through, did a slap on job, barely shaped, and put ONE COAT of polish on and then rushed off to the lady with the full set (which Id already said I had no problem waiting on!!!) these people are rude AF and Im glad im going home to my usual nail tech, not worth the $65, period. Not too mention i told him i wanted clear for my base acrylic but he applied the pink tint instead and got testy when I told him I didnt like it. I typically have a decent experience here however today was not that way. I will say that the pedi/mani I paid for was done well. However halfway through my mani, the nail technician started to bleed from his finger. He continued to brush it off and I wasn't vocal enough to request him get a bandaid. However I did say "wow you're bleeding" but again he didn't respond. So I blame myself for not pushing more however I was mortified that he would continue to work and not remedy it. After my manicure, he starts to show and talk about his bloody finger with his coworkers but I don't understand what he's saying due to the language barrier. I went there today with my 8 year old niece. She got her nails only painted. I just asked for my feet to be soaked & scrubbed ONLY! No cutting of nails or cuticles (which is what most places consider the actual mani/pedi part). No polish removal of change.....nothing- just soaked & scrubbed. They charged me $30 for this!!!!! Their regular pedicure is $35!!!! Hot water, scrub & lotion......hmm! The lady that checked me out, when I asked why so much, said you should have just gotten your nails done & we asked our owner for the price. I had a horrible experience here. The man who did my nails and another male employee were disrespectful to me and my acrylic nails are done poorly. I have scars from previous self and the second male employee asked about them. I told him it was a long story. The man doing my nails said his brother in law cut himself, but his scars were much worse than mine. The second employee asked what he used to cut himself and said it must have been a razor and asked me if that was what I used. At this point I quit responding and they continued to talk about my scars loudly amongst themselves. My nails look good from the top, but you can see my real nails underneath as well as white gunk from the products. I will never return here. read more

I have been a customer for well over 6 years but in the past 6 months, I have to say, it is very unprofessiona. I always call and make appointments and the last 6 months of scheduled appointments are at least an hour behind. He takes walk in right in front of you, and mind you, I had SCHEDULED appointments every time. I am sad to say as I sit here at a scheduled appointment that was for 4, and it is now 5:12.... I went here to get my nails balanced and to start off I had been here before and loved my nails, I was told it would be about 15 minutes so I sat down to wait, 15 minutes turned into 45... Very unhappy. I booked an appointment at 2pm today for myself, my sister, our mother and my daughter for a Mother's Day spa surprise. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving which was great. However, our services did not start at the same time. Myself, my mother and daughter were all being assisted. After an hour of NO ONE coming over to my sister to let her know what the hold up was my sister decided she would not be getting a pedicure considering by time they even STARTED hers we would all be done. Once I decided to ask NO ONE seemed bothered or even cared to let us know why she wasn't being serviced they just kept telling us "wait wait, it'll be soon." 20 minutes later and still no assistance. So she decided to cancel both her nails and toes altogether. I am JUST NOW leaving 2 hours and 45 minutes later for a BASIC pedicure and dip. My daughter only received a polish, I was not asked what service she was receiving as I booked her for a manicure. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was awful. I'm upset because there was no acknowledgement of it being Mother's Day and how inconvenienced we were by the absence of communication. I came for a gel manicure and pedicure on a Friday. I had a 4:00 appointment, and I arrived right on time. After about 30 minutes, I was finally told I could go to my pedicure chair. After I sat in the chair, I waited for an additional 20 minutes before someone finally came to help me. Throughout the experience, the staff was half apologetic, but never offered any accommodations for the inconvenience. Additionally, the host came around about 4 times to ask me what my name was. After the second, I'm not sure why she didn't keep track of who was who. Finally, they were clearly way overbooked that day. However, when a person would call requesting an appointment, they would still tell them to come in. I'd watch several people come in, be greeted, then wait for the 30 minutes. My entire experience lasted 3 hours - which is double what I would have expected. If you are not going to accommodate appointment times, then you should not allow appointments to be made in the first place! The frustrations of the time spent at AllNails will not bring me back. read more

I will never ever return to this nail shop. They completely ruined my nails. I have gotten acrylics for years and decided to try this place because I hadn't yet. I know acrylics will mess your real nails up but I have never had it this bad before. The first time I went they put the nails on and I loved them, after leaving I noticed one nail stuck up further than the rest I went back in two weeks to get a full and I told them and I was told my nail grew like that, but it had never "grew like that" before? After that I took the nails off and saw it had lifted my nail and it was almost completely white. I didn't go back for two weeks and then decided I'd give them one more try. Not even two weeks later my acrylics were lifting. I decided to take the nails off and all my real nails were not only super thin but they were all white almost like a fungus.
