Not only does Robert look in every nook and cranny, he also uses that newfangled thermal imaging thing that other places charge $200-400 extra for. With it, he found that there was insulation missing behind a firewall in the attic. An honest mistake by the contractors, but one that would've resulted in a hotter summer in the master bedroom.
