We have had nothing but troubles with this company. They were great until I signed the contact. Then only half the amount of people showed up to move. They did not bring enough supplies. We had to go to Home Depot 3x our selves to buy them more boxes. Due to the smaller crew they did not finish in one day. So they promised to be back the next day. No one showed. It took hours to get answers and to find out when the move would be completed. Upon delivery of our items so many things were broken. No real care was taken with our belongings. I expected some things to get broken but not to this extent. I would not recommend them at all. 11 Day Later, Still Waiting for Delivery Xavier was great when he was courting my business. Always there, always answering my questions. The pickup date/time was accurate and on-time. The workers loading the truck were hard workers and they loaded the truck up to the brim. Things were looking good. I was supposed to receive my goods 5 days later, on Tuesday 6/25/13. Today is 7/1/13 and I am still waiting for my furniture. The worst part? They lie, lie, lie. There is not attempt to work with the customer. At one point, on the phone, they told me that the truck was on its way and do I want my delivery at night of the promised day? I said "no", make it in the morning. The morning came and no truck. After numerous calls, I found out that the truck was still in NJ. Even if I had said "yes", I wouldn't have gotten my stuff. One day later, they responded to one of my emails saying I would have my goods on Saturday 6/29 or Sunday 6/30 at the latest. Never happened. The Friday afternoon prior to the promised delivery, I called to verify that deliver would be on Saturday or Sunday. I was told to expect the call from the driver on Saturday, announcing his imminent arrival. Never happened. Never arrived. Stay away from Global Relocation Inc.. Liars, liars, liars. read more

Do not hire them. My bad didn't read their reviews first. Other users have mentioned it correctly. They are the worst. I had called and given the exact description of goods as they asked & was given a quote by Ken Jones of $1100 for a move to CA. When the movers arrived he showed me the space in the truck which had been allotted to me based on the estimate and it was hardly 2 small rows width wise in the truck and that he said was 286 cuft which didn't look like it and he told me with the stuff (which was same as estimate) it would easily cross 450cuft which would almost double the amount. And then the most funny thing, he asks do you want to move? Off course, do I have an option. They packed nicely & yaa TIP is additional. I was told it would take 7-10 days to have it there and was even asked for a preferred receiving date. And guess what, by the time of preferred receiving date the stuff had not left their facility only. And when I called to follow up on what happened while movers were their on the actual cost and status of shipment, Ken Jones attended and put me on hold while he gets my file and kept me that ways for more than 20mins and then comes Xavier. He says how may I help you. God Damm I have been on hold and now that person goes off the loop and a new one in. Well I explained him again and he said I will get your file and thank God he came back. He said he will have his supervisor call back on what they can do about the price and will call the truck driver & let me know. Again the same thing starts. No response from either of them. Then after few more follow ups I speak to 2 diff supervisors (1 Lady and another Man). Both useless and of no help rather rude & say you would have more stuff. Finally the driver gets in touch with me & tells me stuff is half way and many other deliveries prior to me. Then he asks where I stay and if they allow a trailer in it. My new place is in a gated community & don't see that kind of space. So finally when it arrives to CA after 22 freaking days, I am asked to pay another $300 for shuttle since their large trailer can't come in & even after knowing the address and type of residential was never informed on this. Atleast got all the stuff (nothing missing) but may not be in its best condition but most of it was fine. Insurance claim is yet to happen. The overall experience is very bitter with these guys on their professionalism and their customer service. Ended up paying more than double the estimate. AVOID GLOBAL RELOCATION !!! read more

I had a great experience with this company. I was dreading moving because I knew it would be a lot of work to do myself, but I was skeptical about trusting a company with all my stuff. They were very professional starting with my inquiries until the moment all my stuff was moved. Every staff member I interacted with was professional. None of my stuff was damaged and I felt like my stuff was truly taken care of. I also felt their pricing was fair. They answered all my questions and I felt like they were very honest. This is a company which claims its address as being in Allentown, PA, but are registered in Maine. They are the worst company to ever use. NEVER HIRE THEM FOR A JOB!!!!!! First they agreed to deliver our goods from Jersey City to Syracuse on the same day. Then suddenly the evening before the pick up date, they called to say they would be a day late for the pick up. When I explained that this was not possible as I had to move out of that I would lose my apt. deposit they came and took my stuff. The guy who came to collect our stuff said we had more volume than in the estimate and then charged us extra. Then they left with our stuff and we have still not got it. We were told it was a same day delivery, but when we called asking when they were arriving, we were told the "truck broke down" and that the stuff would arrive the next day. We have not seen our stuff for over a week. The distance between Jersey City and Syracuse is 4 hrs. Since then, when we call, they lie constantly saying that the stuff is arriving that day and that the driver will call. No one calls us and our stuff does not arrive. Sarah, the supposed manager, is the rudest and most obnoxious person you will have to deal with. When I complained about their constant lying, she said if I did not zip it that she would never deliver my stuff and that I would never see it. Basically they threatened to lose my stuff if I questioned why my stuff was late. Then they claimed there was a clause saying they have 21 days to deliver. This is in fine print at the back of one of the receipts they make you sign, but is never explained to you. At one point they said that we would need to pay more if wanted our stuff delivered promptly. Basically, they take your stuff and then keep it hostage and lie constantly. If you're looking for a stress-free way to move, keep looking!! Had we known this company would give us such a nightmare situation, we would have moved ourselves!! For starters, we moved from PA to FL and the sales person, Xavier was very pleasant on the phone and made me feel good that everything would be handled properly. He answered all my questions and when I called to update him on cubic feet as we were packing, he told me the estimate was still valid and no changes had to be made. I thought this was great and what an awesome deal on price per cubic foot they were offering, a lot better than most other companies! When moving day came, the movers were great with quickly wrapping up our stuff. BUT when the truck was fully loaded, they sprung the trap stating the price will be more than double because the space used was more than twice as much as the estimate!! I immediately called the manager of the company, Farrah and she could only take off $400 of the price and include the stair fee for the 3rd floor at our destination in Florida (more on this later) or unload all my stuff and say goodbye. Still furious, we had no other choice but to proceed. When the driver, Manny went over where to sign on the contract, he failed to mention the options for insuring our belongings, so we ended up signing for the basic insurance which only covers $.60 per pound per item (which is practically nothing for expensive items). He strategically went over the signing of the contract when we were in the middle of trying to watch what the movers were doing, so it was easy to overlook the details. However, I did make sure that the stair fee was included in writing on the contract (still more to come on this). After the movers left, we flew to our destination in Florida and patiently waited 3 days before calling to find out where our stuff was. I asked for Xavier but he was not available (and was never again after that). Another guy told me to call back later to check with the dispatcher who doesn't start work until noon (I want THAT job!) I called later that day and the phone went to voicemail so I left a message and waited another day. Still did not hear back after another day went by. So on the 5th day of living without hearing anything and sleeping on the floor we start to panic. I tried calling and the phone went straight to voicemail, thinking this was a fluke, I tried again, same thing. I tried calling 10+ times only to have my call blocked and even picked up and hung up on. I then called from my wife's phone in which the manager, Farrah answered. I asked where our stuff was and was put on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. Now in severe panic mode, we started calling our insurance company and even the police thinking our stuff was stolen by a fraudulent company. We even had other members of our family call from their phones to speak with Farrah but she was not available, of course. After 2 more days of misery, we call again and someone actually answered the phone and told us our stuff left the warehouse the day before! Would they even have let us know if I didn't call? Communication is such a simple concept and you would think when you are dealing with people's livelihoods, a moving company would keep the communication solid. Opposite of the case here. Now another 3 days go by waiting to hear from the driver, Amit who operates under the company Diamond Van Lines. He gave us a time range in the afternoon that he would be here to deliver. We waited around all afternoon for him and he finally shows up at 7pm. He only brought 2 guys for the move. Before they even started unloading, Amit claimed I needed to be charged for the stair fee since I live on the 3rd floor and it's too much work for just 2 guys. It clearly stated on the signed contract that the stair fee was already included in the price I paid. He wanted to charge me an extra $350 or threatened to dump our stuff on the sidewalk and leave. I got on the phone with Farrah and she said I didn't read the contract clearly and a stair fee can be assessed regardless. I couldn't risk them leaving our stuff on the sidewalk since we'd have no way to get it up the stairs ourselves so we ended up splitting the cost. Absolutely furious at the breach of contract! It took these guys until 3am to get our stuff in our apartment. That's 8 hours for a small two bedroom place. Luckily we got away with minor damages to some of our furniture because we double boxed everything (boxes were crushed); we have started a claim process with a 3rd party. The laborers coming and going were great, but the drivers and the company were the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my life! I don't even know how they stay in business with this kind of service?! Bottom line, stay clear of Global Relocation Inc. and if you have to have a company move you, shop by weight, not space; or have an in-home estimate first. We had some missing and damaged items. We filed a claim with Global Relocation Inc. They provide a .60 per pound policy, but if you want more they refer you to an outside insurance company. That company charged over $600 for a separate policy covering the move with a $500 deductible. The claim we filed was under the .60 per pound policy because the total was under $500. Global denied the claim saying we had other coverage. When we contacted the other company they said our claim should be covered under Globals .60 per pound coverage. I thought about filing a lawsuit but when I searched for the corporate office address at BBB.com I saw their "F" rating. This company doesn't care about their reputation. They exist only to serve (and rip-off) new customers only. I'm sure they have a fool proof defense for law suits. Not going to waste my time. I take responsibity for the mistake in choosing this company without checking Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Don't use Global Relocations Inc. for your move! They are horrible! I waited 7 days past the delivery date to get my household goods. Xavier, who is the consultant was very nice at first and then wouldn't deal with me when things were going bad. He passed me onto SARAH who is the supervisor. She shouldn't be one cause she was rude when I was trying to find out when my delivery was coming. She said for me to call the driver and deal with him to find out when the delivery was coning. They subbed out my move to two different companies. They tried to charge me double on the quote they gave me. After complaining, they reduced the amount but still charged me $1200. more then the quote. They had no care what so ever in my belongings. They broke furniture plus damaged my motorcycle signal light. I have items missing which are sentimental to me. What really bothers me is that they don't even want to talk to me. They keep you on hold forever. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU. BTW, they only give you .60cents per lb. on damaged items. And to think I was referred to them by a friend. read more

Do not hire Global Relocation for your move. I booked my move from Philadelphia, PA to Miami, FL approximately 3-4 months in advance. I was given a range for pick up of my belongings which was accurate. My husband was home at the time of pick up but he unfortunately didn't observe the process because when my belongings arrived they were in disarray. Not to mention my belongings were delivered 3 weeks after my requested delivery date. I was told my belongings would be delivered when I requested and I believed them because I booked the move so far in advance. When my belongings arrived, my cloth furniture was wrapped in their disgusting moving blankets and not plastic which I was told my cloth furniture would be wrapped in. Thus my sofa had fairly extensive water damage and two of the boxes did also. One of the boxes had goose down pillows in it, two of which were destroyed. The other damage included the following: the primary drawer of my Pottery Barn desk was badly damaged. The leg of my TV stand was broken and the movers broke the deadbolt at my new apartment. Additionally, numerous other things were broken such as a mirror, Christmas ornaments, and my vacuum. When I filed a claim after receiving my belongings they only offered me $42 for my desk. I was not reimbursed for the $142 which I paid to have my sofa professionally cleaned. Nor was I reimbursed for anything else. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I do not know how companies like this get away with this and then, us as consumers, have to deal with it and have no recourse. I do not even know what to do. I have experiences much like the others here....I was treated so nicely by Xavier, eveytime I called he immediately called back. I was quoted a price of just under 1900.00 when the movers came and after packing everything up they charged 3600.00. I was floored and stuck since I didn't think I had much of an option. Not to mention they were six hours late and never called. I should have known that was a problem especially since I called and emailed and never got responses until much later in the day. I was told delivery would be 7\13. On 7\14 I called to ask where my delivery was. No one knows, Xavier promised I would receive a call 7/15 in the am. It is now 3pm on 7/15 and no one is returning calls or emails. Every time I call I get a new voicemail extension and Xavier is no where to be found. This is a scam of a company and I never want anyone to go through anything I like I am going through. Moving is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and avoid them and the added stress you do not need. read more

I would give them at least 5 stars had they not charged more than quoted, knew how to get in touch with dispatch when they have your stuff and if they actually just knew to either say its slow season, they don't know what they were doing or when I would get my furniture. Well this started 7/16/13. It took them 3 times to get my address right. Then, came 9/13/13, they were on time, moved us in 45 minutes, was very nice. They did charge us more than quotes by $100 and some change. We were supposed to get our stuff 9/20, no furniture, after we were told 7 days was no problem. Then, we were told 3-21 days which was not in my initial contract until I received a second one later in the month. Anyway, my husband and I called numerous times to see where our stuff was, we got tired of sleeping on the floor. So, no one knew where the truck was, Farah caught a attitude because we want to know and told us not to call everyday. Um no, until you can at least get in touch with your dispatch I am calling EVERYDAY. Finally our stuff left out 9/25 and it was a 3-5 day wait again...we still called to see where this imaginary truck was with no answer. We finally got our stuff on 10/2/13, with everything in tact and some great movers. Overall, I am satisfied but I did get BBB involved since these people did not know where our furniture was for days. The movers save this company. SCAMMERS!!! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY!!! Xavier will give you a very good quote, be very responsive until pickup, then leave you hanging when you've paid 75% of the payment that's double the quote he gives you when they pickup your belongings. From then on, all your calls will go straight to voicemail and when you get lucky to have someone answer your call, they will tell you they don't know where your belongings are! They can't even trace your stuff! They will tell you "I'm sure it will be delivered tomorrow" FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. So you put your schedule on hold waiting for them every darn day but they don't show up. At long last, the driver calls you only to tell you that he can't deliver on the day he tells you. Complain and he hangs up. Those who pick-up and deliver your belongings will tell you they don't work for the company. So even if they act rude and unruly on you and mess up your stuff, there really is nothing that you can do. We came from a 1 bedroom tiny apartment. Needless to say, we have very few stuff yet they doubled the quote that they gave us upon pickup. Thank goodness we decided not to have our car transported by this company. We would've ended up without our work clothes and a car to get around the state we moved to for the longest time!!! read more

Like the others, I was scammed pretty much the same way and will be contacting the Consumer Affairs of NJ as well as ccing the Attorney General. What they did is illegal in terms of increasing the cost of the move after the truck was loaded and then telling me that I needed to write a post dated check as well as the threat that my things would be held in storage until I paid to release the things and would have to pay storage also. Additionally, they delivered on a Sunday evening just as it was getting dark and I was required to pay cash since there was not a post office open to get a bankers check. A lawyer was contacted as to the exact legal term that was done by the "representatives" who picked up my things. My things were definitely damaged as well as labeled two or three times so that the listing was higher. I hope others who have been scammed by this company will follow suit and send in a complaint to their BBB or consumer affairs so that this can be stopped. Thank You. read more

DON'T TRUST THEM! Here is how "Global Relocation" (1-888-311-7164) cheated their customer(s) step by step: 1) I requested two-bed rooms quote on-line, and received several calls from different companies; 2) The sales person from Global Relocation sounds great and even gave me 10% discount and free plastic bag for my mattress; Based on the items I provided, the sales person estimated 450 cube feet and I will be charged by $4.90/cube feet, and he charged $150 deposit on the spot; 3) The pick-up guys came to my house as they promised date 3/29/2014 (no complains here). The lead picked-up guy told me that he suspected the 450 cube feet won't be enough based on his eye bow and experience. I told him that it is okay to expand a little bit more, but I would like to leave some stuff for next shipment to keep my budget number. He estimated additional 510 cube feet (total 450 + 510 = 960 cube feet), I had a feelings that it is too much, but the lead picked-up guy told me that I won't be charged by his estimate, but by actual measurement. Therefore, I trusted on him, and signed all papers. Up to this point, I'm still happy about their services. I even tipped well to all picked-up guys; 4) Then, I received a payment request to pay $3,415.5 before shipment, and the remaining balance $1,188.50 (total charges: $3,415.5 + 1,188.50 = $4,604) will need to be paid the day of delivery via Cash or Postal Money Order Only; 5) The trailer driver(s) are very responsible and always keep me up to date (eventually I learned that Global Relocation hired "Roadway Moving" for shipping, but not their own trailer). I specified in the paper that I will fly from NJ to Seattle and only be available to pick-up my stuff from 4/11/2014 to 4/15/2014; When the driver told me he could arrive at Seattle on 4/16, I started getting headache, since I will fly back to NJ on 4/16. Without knowing the driver was not from Global Relocation, I called the customer service. However, the customer service didn't help at all, and told me that I should talk to the driver directly. The driver was eventually made it and arrived on 4/15, which was the last day of my staying at Seattle; 6) Once the trailer arrived, I overheard between the driver(s) that they were so glad that the 600 cube feet stuff are arrived on time. I started to suspect that I was over charged by Global Relocation. Then, I called the customer service to try to understand the measurement. Then, I was challenged by Joy (a lady who works for the customer service), and she asked me how I measured and came out the 600-650 cube feet. She said the company has professionals for measurement, and I wouldn't be exempt for the balance payment. I then had the drive talk to her, but I overheard that Joy threatened the driver to charge him $100 by saying that. I didn't want the drivers get in trouble, so I started my own measurement. 7) The lead driver told me that he has to collect the remaining balance cash $1,188.50. Otherwise, he cannot unload my stuff, so I paid him. The drivers (who are from Roadway Moving) are very responsible. They unloaded my stuff very carefully, and resembled my beds. They are great! I would hire Roadway Moving if I have my 2nd shipment. They are deserved to be tipped very well. 8) Before unloading, I started my own measurement. The trailer is 100 feet wide and 100 feet high. My stuff were packed in the middle, but I don't know the length. Then, I noticed that the trailer has mark on the top where indicates the feet number. Before loading, the top number shows "1,700". After the drivers unloaded all my stuff, I noticed the number showed "between 1,000 to 1,100". I have all pictures to prove that. 9) On 4/16/2014, I started to call the customer service to try to solve the problem, and Joy picked-up the call again. First, she told me that I was charged by cube feet, but the trailer is by square feet, and they are not the same size. I was confused, and not sure how the areas of square feet can be charged. So, I called the customer service again, Joy answered my phone again. Instead of addressing my questions, she told me that she was in the business for more than 12 years, and all companies charges their customers by "pick-up" measurement, but not by "deliver" measurement. I was confused even more, and asked how the company would know the actual measurement at the time of pick-up, when only provided me the estimate number? She then asked me to send her the pictures. 10) I sent the pictures where showed the actual feet number (starting "between 1,000 to 1,100" to "1,700") to her and the operation manager Farah Adam. On 4/17/2014, I called the customer service again, it happens to be Joy again, and she explained that 1,100 means 1,100 feet, so I was charged correctly by 1,050 feet. I started angry and frustrated, my stuff were stored between "1,000 or 1,100" to 1,700 feet, but NOT up to 1,100 or 1,000 feet. It's a simple math - the total cube should be 600 to 650 feet. read more

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I don't even use Yelp, but I felt the need to make this public knowledge so nobody else has to go through what I have. I move every 6-8 months for my job, and have used various 3rd party shipping companies. Global Relocation is by far the most disorganized, dishonest company I've ever worked with. DO NOT believe anything Xavier says, DO NOT believe any overly positive reviews, they are DEFINITELY not real. Literally, every single promise he made was a complete lie starting from the initial quote. I went over the inventory list with him 3 times. I took the time to do the cubic measurements myself and provided the dimensions of every large piece of furniture. Moving day..the movers showed up 4 hours late without the correct truck and without the mattress cover as promised by Xavier. These must have been the dumbest human beings I have ever interacted with. The one in charge was in high school and was managing two middle age men that looked like they were just released from the Tijuana prison. I told them which items were going in the truck and which items were staying. They didn't follow my instructions whatsoever. I told the one in charge that Xavier had promised a mattress cover, and he gave me this grin and said "we will get you a mattress cover". That never happened..they delivered my brand new $1500 mattress wrapped in this disgusting moving blanket. It literally smells like a wet dog now. I had to pay to have it professionally cleaned. So, when they finally got everything packed, he gave me the revised price, which was over $2000 more than the quote. I told the kid to get his manager on the phone, so I then talked with Farrah. After arguing for about 10 min, she said she would lower the rate/cubic ft. That ended up being a joke and I told her no way, so then she came back and said they would do it for a lower flat rate. I was moving the next morning, so I had no other option but to eat it, so I said fine. The movers confirmed what Xavier had said, it will be 3-5 business days for delivery. That was a lie..they didn't end up delivering everything until weeks later. I tried getting updates on my delivery multiple times. After being hung up on, sitting on hold for over 30 min, multiple un-returned phone calls (after leaving messages), I was finally able to get a date as to when I would be receiving everything. So, I was told the movers would be delivering my belongings on the following Friday. The Tuesday night before (at 10pm) the delivery date, I get a call from the movers saying they would be at my house the next morning at 8am and that I would need to be there in order to receive everything. Unlike the rest of these incompetent frauds, I make an honest living working M-F, so this obviously was a problem considering I had to be at work the next day. I ended up taking a half day vacation because the movers said they would be there at 8am sharp and would only take 2-3 hrs total. The next morning, 9am roles around so I call. This guy answers and says he taking a nap at a parking lot nearby, but will be at my place in the next 30 minutes. Another hour goes by, so I call again..HE WAS STILL SLEEPING. They eventually arrive at 11am (3hrs late). The driver tells me a few items were damaged in the move..it wasn't a few, EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED. Even the stuff packed in boxes labeled "FRAGILE" were broken (Brand new LED monitor screen was shattered, various electronics, and dishware). I have a very nice maple wood dining room table..there are scratches, dents, and scuffs all over this table now. They broke the legs on one of the dining room table chairs. The drawers to my dresser won't even slide all the way in anymore because of how badly damaged it was. My couches smell the same way the mattress does now..like a wet musty basement. I also had to have those professionally cleaned. To top it all off, the rear fender to my brand new Harley had a serious dent in it to the point where I'm going to have to get it replaced if I ever want to sell it. The movers told me to file an insurance claim..DON'T bother getting the insurance through Global Relo, it's a complete scam just like the rest of it. It's at the point now where they won't even return my phone calls/emails. It was relief to learn there are other people out there who want to "make things right". This review is not only to educate those who are considering this company, but also to educate those who work for Global Relocation. I had very little time to prepare for this move, and didn't have the chance to do the appropriate research prior before deciding. Don't make the same mistake I did. I got in contact with other people who fell for their little scam through previous reviews and was able gather enough information to locate a few individuals at Global Relo. Ken Jones with Global Relocation was very persistent in his sales effort. After receiving a quote of $4000 and a promised delivery of 9/29/13 we agreed to hire them for our move. After loading our things they presented us a bill for $9275 expaining that we had more than they had estimated. Unable to do much now that the things were loaded we paid them. It is now 10/14/13 and we still have no idea where our belongings are or if we will ever see them again. With each call to Global Relocation we were given a new delivery date, all of which have come and gone with no notice from them. When I call I am placed on hold for 30-40 minutes each time and then only told they will have to call me back when they locate the driver. Never have I rec'd a call back - ever! It appears they have no control over your belongings. They are merely a middleman. They book your load, store it in a warehouse until they have enough to partially or fully fill a truck. If the truck is not filled the driver will continue on to other warehouses in various states adding to their load. Once they enter an area where they have a delivery, they will deliver but then attempt to fill that space by picking up more loads. This continues until they have eventually worked their way to your destination. This process was NEVER told to me until after my 15th call to them trying to locate my belongings. On your quote and on the back of your bill of lading they attempt to circumvent any legal ramifications by stating they have 3-21 business days to deliver. This gives them the ability to pulll this off. I have now been living for three weeks in a home with none of my furnishings, cookware,or clothes. We arrived when the temperatures were in the 70's and have now experienced two snow storms with no coats, gloves, hats, winter boots. If you are moving please avoid this very unpleasant experience and find a reputable mover that will guarantee your delivery date in writing. read more

First of all Please people I mean NEVER NEVER use these people, they are the most irresponsible company I have ever come in contact with in my entire life. 1) Xavier-he at 1st is the nicest and most helpful and will answer all your calls and questions but after he has your business and some of your money he is the worst. I must of called him 20-50 times he never once answered or called me back. He mis-quoted us and of course they had us by the balls and we had no choice but to pay the extra money because by the point we had no other choice. 2) We had to leave our bed because our quote was $ 852.00 and when the drivers came the quote was $1500.00 so we had to leave our bed which would of cost us an extra $600.00. Of course I called like I said before but no response even our driver said Ma'am this happens to everyone I'm sorry but this is what they do!! 3) it took almost 1 month for delivery I had to call and call and to no avail one day I was able to get a hold of them a supervisor by the name of Sara said oh I'm sorry "we were having problems with our phones but it's ok now" yeah right I tried calling the next day and I was having the same us dues " no response " I was so frustrated and my husband was getting madder by the minute. He asked me why would you give our money to a company that sucks, they don't answer your calls and on top of that they are taking forever to bring the move. It was a miserable time. 4) the day if the delivery finally comes the driver calls me the day before to tell me he's coming tomorrow I said oh great I was finally able to see the light at the end of this dark tunnel. He said I will be there from 8-12 noon and please have cash or a mo ( the mo has to be from the poet office if not I cannot accept" I said why not he said company policy. I said ok no problem, I was just happy yo know my stuff us coming. He finally gets here and saids I can't get thru some branches are in the way you have 2 options either you can have us rent a shuttle which will cost unique $500.00 or I can leave the stuff on the side if the main road and you guys can carry it back to your apt? I was like what? Thus has to be a freakin nightmare. But one thing I must say the driver was the nicest of them all, he waited till I rented a uhaul truck and we put 48 boxes in the uhaul truck ourselves myself and my husband, because the other thing I forgot to say us only the 1st floor is free every additional floor is an additional $60.00 this wad the straw that broke the camels back my husband went crazy I had never seen him so upset and had words with the driver but then realized he was willing to work with us so he calmed down technically it wasn't his fault and he was just following directions. 5) a Finally we got all 48 boxes in the uhaul truck and then had yo bring them up 3 flights of steps when I tell you my husband and I are still feeling the pain in our calfs it was miserable upsetting and posing ol shitty. I had rather spent the $1400.00 uhaul was going to charge us then deals with these frisking jackasses NEVER AGAIN . Don't be like me I read the bad reviews and if course Dear ol Xavier had a redo ones for all, don't give these stout people your hard earn money you will be like the rest if us and regret it for the rest of your life. read more
