I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this office was by far the worst I've ever had. My first appointment was on a Monday at 10:00 a.m. I spent five hours in the office, yet the only thing completed was X-rays--even though I had already paid for three services, including what was supposed to be a simple cleaning. Throughout the visit, it was obvious the staff was not communicating with one another. Multiple employees asked me what treatment I was there for, not to verify my information, but because they genuinely didn't seem to know. I returned that Friday for my 12:00 p.m. appointment and wasn't seen until nearly 2:00 p.m. While discussing my treatment plan, the dentist refused to perform a service that I had already paid for. When I questioned it, the finance department told me the decision was mine. However, after I made my choice and paid, the dentist still said no. It made no sense to be told I had a choice only to have that choice disregarded. My cleaning was eventually completed by a different dentist. Most concerning is what happened afterward. I came to this office because an old crown had come off. I had no jaw pain whatsoever before either visit. Since my second appointment, I have had severe jaw pain for the past eight days. When I reached out about it, I was told it was because of the dental work I need or because of a deep cleaning. Neither explanation made sense. My teeth don't hurt, and I did not even receive a deep cleaning. What was even more frustrating was that the person explaining what was supposedly causing my pain was someone from the finance department. With all due respect, someone who handles billing and insurance is not the appropriate person to assess or explain a dental issue. I expected to speak with a dentist or another qualified dental professional. Overall, this office felt disorganized, poorly managed, and lacking communication. Between the excessive wait times, conflicting information, treatment delays, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. If you're looking for competent, professional care, look somewhere else. I go into the office, they say my appointment is canceled and they tried to reach out, miscommunication on both our parts (maybe) and so I reschedule, write down my updated phone number (which they have on file somewhere since I was getting texts). A week later, I arrive for my rescheduled appointment. It's canceled again, saying they are short-staffed (no hygienist for the cleaning they scheduled for me), and they tried to reach out. I gave you my number last week on a notepad to update, that you already had sensitive information from ANOTHER client on. Lack of privacy, competency, and professionalism. I have been with Global Smiles Dental for over 4 years for my comprehensive dental care (cleanings, fillings, ortho) and the quality of care has clearly been exponentially declining. The wait times are considerably long, as I don't understand why I have to consistently wait 45 minutes or longer than my scheduled appointment time - and what set me over the edge was this: The office will cancel your appointments for you. I understand you have a lot of clients who complain about the $50 fee if they cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, but that is a very low fee compared to other practices. You do not need to CANCEL someone's appointment because they didn't confirm. Never in my life have I needed to confirm my appointment that I scheduled myself. read more

Worst dentist I've ever been too, waited longer than an hour to be sent back all 3 times I've had to come. My filling fell out 3 weeks after they put it in. Only reason I came back was because my insurance wouldn't cover it if I went somewhere else to fix it. 3 + hours each time I've been here. Horrible read more

This Dental office is absolutely phenomenal. From the office manager to the Dr.,this place is the best. I've had many types of procedures done and all of them were exceptional. My last one was an implant. I must confess, I was fraught with anxiety. As it turns out, my anxiety was misplaced. Dr. Bath is an extremely capable professional with an exemplary bedside manner. She exudes kindness and wisdom in her profession. And, on top of all that, I experienced no pain. Also, Jen, the office manager, is also a seasoned professional. She's very knowledgeable in her field and is a real pleasure to work with. Many could learn a lot from her excellent example in office management. Global Smiles deserves a zero. The dentists at Global Smiles have no concern for your overall dental health because they only focus on making money on one tooth at a time. They did shoddy work on a crown, which resulted in an infection. When a second Global Smiles "dentist" worked on the tooth directly adjacent to the terrible crown, she neglected to mention or draw attention to the decay and damage she observed in regards to the crowned tooth, which even an untrained eye could see was decayed in the X-rays. Both Global Smiles dentists offered to redo the terrible crown, but why would anyone ever trust them again? Global Smiles spoke with another patient about how removal of all four wisdom teeth was needed. Upon consult with another, reputable, area dentist, it was found this patient only had three wisdom teeth, and all were fine. Global Smiles refuses to send patient records to new dental providers. They make refuse to honor releases for such records, and make former patients come in to Global Smiles to retrieve records. It makes one wonder, "Why make this so difficult?" I recently had a visit to the office on Emerson Ave. and the experience was horrible!!!!! I will not be back!!!! First of all I have never heard of a Dental Assistant doing the Novicaine injections so with being said she injected the fat of my cheek instead of the nerve and my face instantly swelled and the dentist said oh its normal um no maam this has never happened to me. So this was monday and we are now at thursday my cheek is still swollen and so bruised and the pain is unbearable!!!!!!!! read more

I had two fillings replaced six months ago. One of them has fallen out twice and the other one fell out today. I'm beyond upset!

"Dr." Singh is the worst dentist ever in practice. Sexist pig. He was awful. He wouldn't listen to any patient concerns before attempting to start the procedure. When I tried to explain to him I wasn't getting nitrous oxide after adjusting the nose-piece, he rudely yanked the glasses I was wearing (to shield my eyes from the light they were using overhead) off my face TWICE and angrily said "look at me!" I felt violated as a patient by this rude and somewhat violent gesture. I said he wasn't listening to me and I needed the nose-piece for the nitrous re-adjusted. He then went off the handle and said "I'm not doing the procedure." So after waiting for an hour and forty minutes after my appointment was to have started (apparently they only have one room equipped for the nitrous and didn't think to schedule me at a different time from another patient who had been in there the first hour), after spending an hour hooked up to the nitrous oxide, and after being injected with numbing anesthetic, he had the audacity to disrespect me as a patient and claim he wouldn't do the procedure. I'm disgusted by his lack of professionalism and his erratical behavior. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone so DO NOT GO HERE. The staff underneath him are very very nice, so it's a shame they aren't at a better practice. read more

This was my best experience I've had with a dentist practice. Dr. Singh was wonderful and had my replacement crown ready in no time. I would definitely recommend any of his practices to everyone. All equipment is up to date and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. read more

Ruuuun! I wish there was a way to put a negative star. My family and I have been coming to this orthodontist for over a year due to the false advertisement on their website and pretty much every single orthodontic appointment has been a bad experience. From the dentist being late, De sighn made an appt with me and didn't show, what was suppose to take about 5 minutes (changing bands) took hours for a few of our visits, changing our appointments once were already, payments were automatically drafted out of my acct and they even found a way to mess that up! Consitient lies & confusion & their website is not true. I feel like I've wasted my gas so many times & so grateful that my braces will be off soon! I cannot stand this place! read more
