It is possible to have a great hot tub buying experience!…read more When we first started looking for tubs, we got overwhelmed by how much really goes into making this decision. We also had an absolutely terrible, sleazy experience with another hot tub vendor who forcibly tried to get us to buy a tub from their location. Fortunately, we shopped out some other locations including Colorado Spas. They were upfront, helpful, and really supported us in navigating the right decision. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get our hot tub delivered - including coordinating with a crane service and an electrician. While other companies were completely unhelpful around even making recommendations or letting us know what to expect with this piece of the puzzle (we have a mountain home, so not the easiest delivery), these guys made it all seamless and got the tub here in time for my 40th birthday (which seemed completely impossible - by how many months it would take for others to get the job done). Do yourself a favor and come to this show room, then you'll see and feel the difference from there. It's a big purchase; they'll make sure you get it right. 2 months later and we're still happy we did!

Tisha and MJ were fantastic in understanding our wants and needs and explained all the features and benefits. The chemistry is so simple, with cartridges that do all the work. Sold. The delivery was a breeze and they were in and out in no time. They set up my settings and we filled it up. We enjoy it almost as much as our grandkids. Overall, it was a great buying experience and zi would recommend Patio Splash to anyone looking gor a tub. I can't say enough about the guys.

You can hire a master plumber who's licensed in this state for less money. They told me that was the going rate so i called global spa and of course they don't charge that. I also called spa duck and they charge less than half of that Also they aren't accredited with the better business bureau. You can't even report then because they aren't even recognized. What used to be a great place has turned into charging their customers to the extreme. Glad i didn't buy another hot tub from them Got an update the company called me and said the owner wanted to speak with me. They told me that if i was willing to take the post down and sign a paper saying no more negative posts they would return half of my money. I told them no thanks. I rather eat a couple hundred and make sure everyone knows the kind of business you run. No wonder they aren't registered with the BBB. Trying to overcharge then buy reviews that favor them

After months of dealing with ongoing connectivity problems involving the Bullfrog Spa / Gecko…read morein.touch 3 system, and Ski Country Spa / Bullfrog Spa of Vail (holding company, The Spa Man-Granby CO), I'm extremely disappointed with the level of support and warranty handling I've experienced. The spa was marketed and sold with remote monitoring and control functionality as an integrated feature. Since installation, I have experienced repeated connectivity instability, inaccurate status reporting, and inconsistent operation despite replacement of hardware components and multiple troubleshooting efforts. The difficult part is obtaining a clear path toward diagnosis and resolution. Recommendations discussed by their technicians or support representatives are not resolving the issue. Further, personal investment of thousands of dollars and effort have been performed as they recommended without fixing the issue. I also submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau process. Arbitration options were granted but the deal declined to engage. Consumers purchasing premium products reasonably expect responsive support, clear communication, and a consistent effort toward resolving ongoing technical issues. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. For anyone considering similar products from the manufactuer(s) and this specific dealer, I would encourage researching: * Long-term support responsiveness * Warranty service expectations * Dealer service policies * Reliability of connected/app-based control systems * How integrated technology issues are handled between dealers and manufacturers I am sharing this solely as my personal experience in hopes it helps other consumers make informed decisions.

The tub lights were not working, because we found out the company never connected them during the original installation. The other end of the plug was hidden behind insulation. I probably could have fixed this myself but I didn't know if the work was still waranteed and called them out to complete the installation figuring they would stand by their work. Charged $223 to send someone out, pull the light cord out of the insulation and plug in the lights that should have been plugged in during the original install. I asked them to reconsider the charge as it seemed pretty steep considering the issue was related to the original install and they said nope, it's out of warranty (barely) and the $223 was reasonable because I live outside their normal service area. They also suggested some other company probably unplugged the lights after their work and hid it in the insulation (why? Makes no sense) since an issue was never reported until now. Previous owners likely never reported an issue cause they were never here (house was an STR). I guess cross your fingers they do the original install right if you are inheriting one of the tubs they put in and you aren't the original owner.
