So fridge had to be delivered a week later Jeramiah had no explanation or help saying Jordan was new and we forgot to tell her about that. Then when fridge was delivered they forgot the filter and when I called Daniel said its nit a practice of ours to provide the filter. I call bs as the delivery driver explained they are supposed too. When I explained that to Daniel he hung up on me. I called back to confirm he hung up on a paying customer and said he would leave the filter up front for me to pick up! It was a hassle and I had to call several times to get rescheduled and anyone who knew how to do their job. I suggest you go somewhere else. Although ONLY MANNY AND ROBERTO were helpful who were the delivery guys. Both were professional and helped me with what I needed. DANIEL JORDAN AND JERMAIAH ALL NEED TRAINING OR SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB OF THEY DONT LIKE TO HELP CUZTOMERS AND PREFEF TO HANG UP AND USE PROFANITY!! NEVER AGAIN! I CALLED CORPORATE 6/18/25 I will update after corporate investigation with results. Super unhappy customer! Horrible!​​

    When I moved into a new home, I bought an oven, microwave, overhead exhaust fan, 3 refrigerators,…read moredishwasher, and 2 stands ...a total in excess of $9k. The third refrigerator was problematic and I spoke with B&B while the appliance was still under warranty to which they said, sounds like it as coming unplugged. The problems became more acute and I requested a service call. The serviceman came out and described the refrigerator as cheap piece of junk and unrepairable. Initially, I did say I would come in and buy a new one but I had to move and I opted not to buy another "cheap piece of junk. Today, while unaware of service bill, I get a very aggressive and threatening phone call demanding I pay $150 for a 5 minute service call. Rather than receive another threatening phone call. I guess I will pay. My mistake was patronizing B&B because they were local but frankly I would have paid less , received a military discount, and been treated much better. My advise is Lowe's and Home Depot has better quality and profoundly better customer service.

    The worst hardware/home store I've ever shopped in! NOT because of their merchandise -- they have…read moreTERRIFIC stuff, it's packed with super good merchandise. BUT, their gimmick "11%" rebate is a total JOKE! They suck you in thinking you'll be saving money. But, I spent nearly $1,000 here on three visits and never got a nickel back! They give you a form on your way out of the store, asking you to fill it out, document your purchases, answer a bunch of questions, and mail it in (with your own stamp) to see if you "qualify" for the 11% rebate on any of your purchases. If you do, they'll supposedly send you a check two months later! Filling out the form and putting all the info together is WORSE than filing your taxes with the IRS! Seriously, Menard's 11% discount program is a total joke, possibly bordering on fraud. Bottom line -- if you don't fill out their forms correctly, you end up spending MORE on merchandise that you can get at other stores, or on Amazon, with instant discounts. Just give me even 5% at checkout and I'd be happier than getting NOTHING trying to fill out all their stupid forms, mailing them in and waiting forever to hopefully get some money back. With Home Depot, Walmart and Lowe's nearby, who all offer instant markdowns and savings, plus many online options, there is no need to waste your time or money at Menard's. They'll never see another penny from me again!

He treated us with…read morecomplete disrespect and frustration when all we were trying to do was get clarification on our payment schedule. We were behind and called THEM to make the due payment. This is what we were treated with. We contacted Aarons customer service and was told we'd be contacted by Paul, the regional manager to figure this out. We refuse to deal with this man any more. He has a poor attempt as intimidation that will definitely not work with us. They play low ball very poorly.

    Been a customer going on a year, or should I say Prisoner?…read more The people were nice at first, of course, but then when we noticed the climbing monthly payments and confronting them about them we saw the genuine colors they really offer...and I will assure you it's not vibrant blue or white.... Our problems led us to contacting the regional manager, who gave me his name as the RM that had been fired a month before and did absolutely nothing about the issues we presented to them. To top it all off the couch we purchased had components that didn't work (USB, backing piece of the armrest broke) and we asked for them to be repaired, that was in December, it's now September of the following year and nothing. We are paying out our account tomorrow, and we will not only talk to people about their service and products but pre-warn them about the issues they absolutely WILL encounter. The day I hear they closed their company for good is going to be a good day...I'll sleep much more sound knowing they won't target people and syphon their money at every corner they can. This company isn't your friend, only your money is of interest to them CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
