The installation and repair guys are great, as is the insert. But this being Colorado, I think they should have a much better plan and solution to this ongoing issue with the cap.

It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail).
