We came back after exactly an hour and the car still hadn't been moved. We ended up having to wait another 35 minutes before we got the car back. They told me they would do an alignment check as well which was never done. I had a similar experience with this shop when I purchased the tires 6 months ago. I was happy with the price I got the tires for, but the service was slow. Last time, they took over 90 minutes longer than the promised time. I get it. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines. Hopefully they can improve the accuracy of their time estimates or better prioritize their customers to ensure better customer service.

As a diminutive gal, I'm used to being treated like a gullible idiot at car places. And, to be fair, I am pretty gullible and know nothing about cars. But Robert was really genuine and was leveling with me about pricing and options, not pushing the expensive options. I let him know my partner, who knows more about tires and cars, was on his way and when he arrived, Robert repeated the info he gave me (sometimes the story changes when I bring a dude into a car shop). I really appreciated that he wasn't giving me any bs. In the end, we ended up replacing my 7 year old tires with a full set and they were great at communicating when it was ready for pick-up.
