Sent photos. No reply call received. Called again and asked if they could review the photos. They said they could look at photos and would call back. No return call. Called again... they said they are very busy and the person was outside and they would call back. No return call. Called again... David said that they cannot look at photos and the tire would need to be brought in to see if Warranty would cover it. He would not give an appointment time.

With in seconds someone responded to my questions. I drove a long way from my home to this location and I must say that I am very happy with the the staff and the service from start to finish. I thought I needed a new front right tire and the service tech came to me to make me aware that my front tire was good however, the back right tire was in bad shape. He then offered to take a good look at my right tire to evaluate the issue I was having with it by going low and fixed the valve stem. The price I paid was very reasonable and most importantly for me and most of us out there is the importance of being able to be serviced by a place with great customer service skills.. Thank you!!

They discovered I had a hole on the interior sidewall and needed a replacement. They didn't have my exact tire on hand but got something safely on my car asap that would get me mobile again. Omar and his team did an amazing job on such a short time window I had. They even held my damaged tire for me next day because I was neglectful and forgot to take it with me (warranty claim purposes). I am also going to be coming to Omar again in the future for all my tire needs and plan on coming back to get my new online ordered tires installed.
