The rest of the staff continues to be so, but Neil, who I am told runs four businesses, including Taul Monument Company, will not return my emails or phone calls. She reached out to Bailey's and they responded, rather coldly, that they updated their website and neglected to include anyone who died before 2024. This is very sad and my heart goes out to her and the many others who no longer can return and read their loved one's obituaries. They could have saved all of that information to ensure it is included in their new website but couldn't be bothered with doing this. Do better.
