The seats were comfortable. The aisles were large and made it easy for others to get by you if seated in the same row. That was appreciated. All in all it was a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The service is friendly, they are trained very well, and the pre movie announcements are fun. Don't expect Pepsi or Coke here. It's better. Excel Bottling provides the drinks (Ski, etc) and the usual suspects for candy are all there. The popcorn is so good that if you don't come on Tuesday, you'll buy it anyway. Finally, these are first run movies that are played. If you're having prob,em getting into the chain theaters, come here. You may have a bit of a wait, but you'll enjoy the movie. It is not stadium seating, but the screen is off the floor so it's not a big deal, and it sounds great.

I allow grace for places of business to have an off day at times, fully realizing if that "off" day just so happens to be each and every time you've patronized it then that's probably just the norm.
