Instead of addressing my concerns, he tried to convince me that the photos were good. I'm a paying Customer. Customers are always right. When I asked about scheduling a reshoot, he stopped responding altogether. The photo session also took place in a small apartment with no air conditioning. At one point I said, "I'm sweating buckets in here!" and he replied, "Well, it's summer you should be wearing shorts and a tank top." I found that comment unprofessional. I chose my outfit because it was what | wanted to wear for the photo shoot, and I didn't appreciate being told what I should have been wearing. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the final photos but also with how my concerns were handled and the lack of communication afterward.
