She does an excellent job of examining and treating my skin issues. She's a very authentic doctor and deeply cares for my health and my husband's . This was my second time seeing Dr. Liskanich and all I can say is that I'm very pleased with the overall experience. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and I was brought back to see Dr. Liskanich shortly after 8:30 a.m. No wait time at all. Dr. Liskanich took the time to review my results of a mole biopsy from the previous month and also made time to do an additional 2 biopsies and some laser work on my face. The process of the biopsy was smooth and not painful. And my scars from my last procedure are healing perfectly. The one on my arm is barely noticeable. Dr. Liskanich is very skilled and knowledgable with his practice. I was out of the office by 8:50 a.m. The front staff is very friendly and the front office space is comfortable and clean. There are more than enough chairs in the waiting area. I was surprised too that last month, Dr. Liskanich took the time to do a full body exam for any suspicious moles and took the time to tell me what each one was and which ones I should be concerned about. He also keeps a woman assistant in the room so you feel more comfortable. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the care I received from the staff and will definitely be returning again and again in the future. read more

I am a nurse and have worked with many doctors, I do not work or have ever worked with Dr. Stevens. My family and I are patients of Dr. Gloria Stevens. She is barr none the most patient, caring and thorough doctor that has ever treated myself, family or my patients. I have read some of the other reviews, they have no clue that the reason they have to wait is because Dr. Stevens is so thorough. I have to wait at many MD offices because if they are good they will take their time so as not to miss anything. If there were more Drs. like Dr. Stevens there would be less advanced disease. My brother back east was told he did not have cancer by 4 different doctors, because they did not care. we finally found a doctor that took his time and saved my brothers life. Do you want to be rushed in and out or actually have a doctor who cares enough to be through. Believe me there aren't that many around. read more

Because of their excellence and expertise, you may experience a little wait time. Bring a good book and relax. You are in the best hands. Their excellence and expertise cannot be matched. You will never see a nurse practitioner will be passed on to a PA. You will only see a qualified physician. You are never pushed into buying a product or having a procedure done that is not necessary or vital to your help. I have been a patient of Dr. Stevens and Dr. Liskanich for the past 6 years for pigmentation issues and treatment of developing wrinkles etc. I have no complaints. Yah sometimes I have had to wait over an hour, but it is worth it. Both are very competent and qualified being that they are board certified dermatologists. I mean you will not be seen or treated by any family physician or even by a PA (which is the case in most other dermatologists offices) for your skin issues. So do visit them for your next dermatologist appointment. read more

The previous negative reviews are extremely surprising to me. Gloria Stevens and Ron Liskanich are two of the best dermatologists throughout all of Southern California and the Inland Empire. For my entire teenage life they consistently helped treat my acne and did so with consistent professionalism and support. They gave me microdermabrasions, laser treatment and helped recommend creams and antibiotics to battle my acne breakouts. My acne issues were very manageable thanks to the help of Dr. Stevens and Liskanich and I highly recommend their office to anyone in the Inland Empire looking for acne or skin treatment. A few months ago I was looking for a Dermatologist to check for skin cancer, since I have that in my family health history. I also had multiple skin tags and large age spots on my neck and torso that I really wanted removed. My family physician recommend Dr. Gloria Stevens or her husband as they have a stellar reputation in the local medical community. Dr. Stevens has a no-nonsense approach to taking care of her patients' needs, not only conducting a thorough body exam but beginning treatment on the first visit. She found one early stage cancer on my nose that she removed in 2 treatments. The age spots have nearly all sloughed off thanks to her freezing and laser treatment. She is gentle and considerate, works quickly and efficiently. I have 100% confidence I am getting the best possible care for my skin. I would have similar confidence being seen by any of her office associates. The wait time for an appointment with Dr. Stevens is identical in length to the wait time for my Family Physician and Cardiologist...I would expect nothing less from a physician who is giving each patient her/his best! I went to Dr. Stevens because I was very concerned about some moles that started growing. I used to be a tanning salon regular so these concerned me. Dr. Stevens did a full body check and did remove one mole. The procedure was painless and she helped ease my mind. Dr. Gloria Stevens is by far the best dermatologist I have been to. I made an appointment because I had a concern about some severe varicose veins. After a few treatments they were gone. I have had them treated by another dermatologist and they returned after a few months. Dr. Stevens explained the procedure to me and told me what her recommendations were. She also took the time to check me for other conditions and I never felt rushed. I will continue to return to see Dr. Stevens. Very satisfied! read more

No matter what I am going in for if I have another concern or question she will always take the time to deal with it then and there. She is very thorough and never misses anything. Had heard about Dr Stevens through family members so I decided to schedule an appointment for her to examine a few moles and the over all condition of my skin. I was raised in California & have spent a great deal of time in the sun & I know that melanoma is the 5th most common cancer among Caucasians in California! I have been seeing Dr. Stevens for several years for Psoriasis treatment and will say she is the best it gets, we have had a few ups and downs, but in the last 6 months she has hit on a winner of a treatment for me. I received your email regarding making an appointment with you. I had called your office a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment for the last week in May, since we will be in California at that time to visit family and friends. I was asking for an early morning - 8am appointment - since those seem to be the best appointments and you did not have any available, so I will try to figure out when we will be back in the fall and try to see you at that time. I want to let you know that you are the best dermatologist I have ever been treated by, and that I trust your opinion more than any other doctor when it comes to my skin. You have saved my life more than once (and Dr. Hung) and I will continue to visit you when I can for exams. I did see a dermatologist twice in 2012 at Dermatology Associates of Wisconsin in Appleton, but I feel like I showed them where to treat my face with liquid nitrogen, more than them seeing or noticing anything. We have moved now to Indiana, just south of Indianapolis, and I have not seen anyone here yet since my last appointment was in October, 2012. I have been a patient of Dr. Stevens for over 10 years and have had nothing but good experience with her and her staff. My skin condition is not very common and I had seen three other dermatologists in my area previous to seeing her with no improvement in my condition and disappointment. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Stevens and she was able to make the right diagnosis the very first time and treat my condition accordingly. She is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. She patiently listens to me every time and answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. She has even taken the time to fight my insurance company over denial of treatment personally and has been successful in convincing my insurance to cover the needed treatment for me. The wait might be long at times but it is well worth it. The staff at her office are kind, friendly and understanding as well. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the wait time and the girls at the front desk.....The first time I went to see Dr Stevens, I was convinced I had cancer or something terribly wrong with my scalp and although I did not like the wait time (an hour) I did appreciate all the time that Dr Stevens spent with me, she was very thorough(sp). I had psoriasis, that's all, nothing bad. She did not make something up, or do a biopsy's or try to screw me just to make money. In fact, she only charged me $95. I really trusted her so made an apt for my daughter. Again an hour wait and a busy waiting room, but again Dr Stevens spent so much time looking at my daughters moles and even calling in her husband to double check. Over a period of time, she had 7 moles removed. Some pre cancerous some not. Still with office visit, lab and biopsy fees it was very inexpensive considering my husband had 1 mole removed and biopsied through our insurance, that cost us just under $1000 (that's not a type-o). It cost about the same for my daughter who had 7 removed and biopsied. I went in again just last month with some weird spots (yes I was worried again) but after burning and freezing several spots, I still got out of there super cheap. My husband has apt today and I'm pretty sure he will have to have some moles removed but I am confident that Dr Stevens will be thorough and fair (unlike our insurance co). It's worth an hour wait to know that you are getting a Dr that is thorough, fair and good at what she does. read more
