Ordered a plant for my brother who was in the hospital. Because they had moved him to ICU, the hospital could not accept the plant. Gloria's went above and beyond and instead agreed to deliver them to my sister, who could then take to my brother at a later date.. She got them the same day. One other thing.......I had ordered the plant to have a few extra real flowers added for color. When the driver came back, Gloria's removed the flowers and put them in the cold case to keep them fresh. When they delivered to my sister, she forgot to add the flowers back in. Because of the error, she offered to send a vase of beautiful hydrangeas to my sister at no charge! Now, THATS service!!! Could not be more pleased. I would not work with this florist. I am out of town and tried 3x to place an order online and the site just kept buffering after hitting the order button. So, I call the store just to make sure it didn't go through before trying again. The girl who answered the phone, looks and doesn't see my name. Cool. I then say okay can I place the order with you since the site isn't working. She proceeds to be slick and say "the site's working, we got other orders" well it isn't for me, I say, and she cuts in real quick with "what do you want to order". After telling her I would go with another company I decided to write this review. I was trying to spend my money with the organization (over $80) and I don't need attitude. She needs training on customer service because I clearly said the site wasn't working for me so it working for others doesn't help me nor return the last 30 mins of my life I lost trying to patronize the business.
