I purchased a 2010 Ford F 150 from the owner and he agreed to do three things. I told him when i was coming to pick up the truck but when I arrived to do so he had not done any of the work he promised to do. I also later discovered that the front window on the cap was missing as was the spare tire and the radio did not work. The owner claimed that many people said they were coming, made appointments, etc, then failed to show, as way of explaining why the work was not done. Had he actually completed the work, he would have known that the cap window was missing. When I viewed the truck the sun was in my eyes and I could not see the missing window. The owner later explained that he did not know what I meant but never asked for clarification. As to the radio, he said it was a fuse. It was not. There were also no keys for the cap's locks. The owner disavowed any responsibility for any of the things that were wrong with the truck and now may face a Small Claims Court suit as he has also stopped responding to emails and has refused to make even a token offer of compensation. We went to look at few cars with low miles had been approved for a loan for a 06 Chevy Impala with 80k the day before we went there. Cedric put all of paperwork in the computer (which took about an hour, he kept answering the phone which took the process an hour longer) we were told the bank would only approve the loan for 2015 or newer. The only vehicle in our price range was 2015 Chevy Captiva which was running when we arrived due to a bad battery. He said oh we have a battery for it. Then why would you leave it running if you have a battery? The thing was a POS , interior had not been cleaned. Transmission going out,bald tires, it shook on passenger side and the rear. Buyers beware of purchasing vehicles from this dealer. Purchased vehicle in January, less than a week later, transmission goes out. Never told me about the 'free' ASC Warranty. It's now April and I still do not have the title. Follow-up service is horrible as I cannot get them to send a title or call me back. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again! Horrible!! Owner is never there. If you call too much they ignore your calls. My daughter bought a Ford Fusion for 3500 and within 2 weeks broke down and needs engine replaced! Never filed the warranty which would've paid 1000 towards repairs but of course got the run around on that. Bought in Sept still no warranty filed. Lol this place is pure trash they should be shut down what a joke I went here early August 2019 to look at a Lincoln ls listed for $1900 the car was smashed in a shabby overgrown gravel lot with junk cars everywhere. RUN RUN RUN, this company is about as clean as a bear after eating white castles in the woods. These criminals charged my credit card extra cash that was NOT authorized. I tried for days to contact them, telling them I am returning the car. No paperwork was ever signed, no deal was ever made, they are now saying they are keeping $1000.00 of my money as a restocking charge. I have contacted the better business bureau and 6 on your side also my bank about the fraudulent charges. They stole the money right out from under me. I don't know how this place is still open and in business. I bought a car here (Chevy Malibu) that was nothing but, trouble. I did not have the car a full year and the engine went out. The freaking engine! They said they did an inspection on the vehicle before it was purchased which, was a bunch of malarkey. Im pretty sure someone put some sealant or something in the engine because the gaskets were blown and the car just kept overheating. Run away!!!! I can't believe this just happened to me...buckle up, we're going for ride... So, yesterday I go to Glory Auto Sales to look at a few cars I saw on Craigslist. When I get there, its a complete dump but I ask to see the car that's in the best mechanical condition out of one's I like. He tells me the Mitsubishi Lancer Oz Rally. I'm told he replaced hoses, and some other things. I think great! So let's pop the hood. The engine is covered in black oil goop that's been there for a loooong time. He says it's a valve cover gasket and it's only a $9 repair and he will fix it. (Why didn't he do it already then?) So I test drive it. He tells me how the car's great and tells how had been stolen off a car lot, because they left the keys in it, but recovered fine. He says he drove it to buckeye lake and didnt have any problems with it. Mentions nothing about it being a rebuilt title. Says he bought it from the dealership it was stolen from. I notice it sputters, so he says he will change the spark plugs. (Also, why didn't this happen already?) I make plans to come back the next day. So I ask if I can take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. "Sure, we encourage it!" When I show up today and I'm late for my appoint for the inspection. He gives me the car history as I'm running out the door with the keys. "Look at this while you're there" He then asks where I'm taking it. "To the mitsubishi dealership" His eyes get big and says "isn't that expensive?" (Should have tipped me off...) "It's worth it" After 2+ hrs at the mitsubishi dealership, the certified Mitsubishi mechanic tells me the car is a complete lemon and $thousands$ to fix,and totally unsafe to even drive! It has a laundry list of problems. 2 recalls, 3 accidents(one of which totalled it), massive oil leaks from engine (which would be a few part replacements to fix and $600 - $800 in labor to even take apart and look at), terribly rusted out frame in the front, bad calipers, (I asked him about them, he said they were fine) needed new ball joint to hold the wheel on (plus some thing I can't remember), had a broken sway bar(holds the back end of the car together) and some other things, which included the fact that 1 of the recalls may be un-fixable at this point because it would make the car basically fall apart... Crap it's a death trap. I call Juan to let him know I'm on the way back. He asks "How'd the inspection go?" "Not good." "Well that's ok, I sold it to someone who had cash. We're waiting for you to bring it back. We close at 7pm please hurry." You've got to be kidding me, I had cash too! He sold the car I was looking at, while I was gone test driving it! So I head back to Glory. As I'm driving, the check engine light comes on. These fools wiped the code for the check engine light. Thank God I took it to Ricart Mitsubishi. It was far enough for the car to put the light on again. Maybe a 30 min drive because of traffic. I'm so disappointed. Juan, you said the car was good. You lied. Now Im home reading reviews on the dealership (why didnt I do that earlier...) and I find out the state has sued them a few times, they've been kicked off BBB and have had multiple infractions and investigations for repossession of legit cars, rolling back odometers , messing up financing, sending titles extremely late and some other stuff. I signed up for Yelp just to let people know how bad this place is. Run away as fast as you can!!!!!! read more

I was warned about this place, but thought I should take the reviews with a grain of salt. Anyone who has their vehicle repossessed is going to be upset, and will likely write a nasty review, even if there was fault on both sides. But after visiting Glory Auto Sales yesterday I feel that the reviews have nailed it. This place is filthy (not like the normal mechanics-hang-out-here dirty, I mean gross, like piles of trash). The truck I called about was not there, even though they had assured me over the phone that it would be there for me to test drive. When I asked where the truck actually was (thinking if they had an affiliated lot somewhere else I could drive to see it) they told me it was in Newark (more than a half hour drive). The owner, Cedric, had the person driving the truck on speaker phone while discussing the whereabouts of the truck, and he explained that he had not been able to get the truck to start that morning, and had spent a half hour trying, but that he would try again when his son's baseball game was over, and we could come back to Glory in the afternoon. Now. I am not a genius. Or a mechanic. But when I want to buy a vehicle I generally like to begin with the ones that START. I don't know why, I am just partial to RUNNING cars and trucks. After this mildly alarming conversation, Cedric seemed oblivious to our concern and invited us to either go to Newark or to return to Glory later in the afternoon. His associate seemed to grasp the situation a little better, and he was upset - as if we would have spent 9K on a truck that didn't run, if he could have just gotten it in front of us. Fortunately we didn't spend any money, and we spent very little time. This place is kind of a clown show, and if you are planning to buy a used car or truck, you should look somewhere else if at all possible. If you really want to buy there just make sure you know what you are looking at, because they seem extremely shady (an opinion shared by the Attorney General and the BBB, lol). This is the worst car dealership I've ever used. I bought a car on September 29th 2019. After less the 24 hours of having the car, it was shaking violently when driving on the freeway and the check engine light came on, as well as the airbag warning light. We took the car back to the dealership and they sent me to a mechanic to get the car fixed. Today is now October 14th 2019 and the car is still in the mechanic shop even though they told me it would be ready for pickup today. Well because today is Columbus day they are not answering my phone calls and I still dont have the car in my possession. They are so rude when on the phone and are taking way to long to solve an issue that shouldnt have been there in the first place. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! This has been the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and will never use them again. read more

If I could give a -0- stars I would. Paid $350 Document fee, only to have no Title on my cash purchase from 7 weeks ago. Temp Tags are expired, I've been promised several times but still no title. They finger point Nissan North, and I confirmed this 2 days ago, but Nissan North said the title was ready for pick up. But Glory then said I'd still have to wait until Friday because they have other business to take care of. The latest promise was today, and it's Friday 2/15/19, holiday Monday, and they said it'll be Tuesday 2/19/19. And James, the guy who answered my call today said there are a lot of people waiting, didn't seem to give a care that my tags are expired. RUN! Do not buy a car from these jokers. I purchased a car over 3 months ago. Paid in full and still do not have title to the car. Their lack of professionalism is astounding and it is a wonder they are even still in business. They must think putting people on hold and never picking back up, or promising to call back with information but do not, is a way to conduct business. If you do buy a car from them, do yourself a favor and start the complaint process with the Attorney General before your temp tag expires. Lesson learned here. Less than 1 star here. It's been months since I bought a car from them and like others here, it took way too long to get the title, we were on our 2nd temp tag and almost had to get a 3rd. They gave us a warranty and on top of that parts at their cost and free labor. Well we noticed the floorboards were spongy and I took and look and they were gone with just a piece of sheet metal covering the hole and then we did an oil change and noticed after the oil change there was oil all over in my driveway. Took it to an auto shop and they said the intake manifold gasket was bad and the valve cover gaskets were bad, as well as the oil cooler gasket, so stop leak must have been put in the oil and once the oil got changed, all the stop leak went with the old oil thus causing the leaks. We attempted to call Glory about the floorboards and they told about a body shop they deal with that the owner does a lot of business with and that the owner of Glory would be able to help out with some of the cost of the floorboards. Well, months went by and no contact from anyone and we called Glory about them holding up their end of the free labor if anything were to need replaced and they said they couldn't do it b/c their mechanic no longer worked there. So now I'm out thousands of dollars on a POS they sold us that they warrantied along with labor and they are back peddling on everything. I wouldn't even buy a pen from this place. read more

Glory Auto Sales sold me a Lemon. I purchased the car in June 19 and every since I bought it I haven't drove it 30 days concurrently. I have had to return it for repairs several times. The first 4 times I took it to Glory Auto Sales, the 5th time they sent me to Ed Elliot in Groveport on Hendron Road for repairs. He has kept my car 2 and 3 days at a time and the initial problem has not been resolved. My warranty is maxed out at 1,000 already. I have missed a total of 7 days of work due to finding transportation, they will not provide me with a loaner car and I'm subject to losing my job making 40k a year because my car stays in the repair shop. Juan Cleveland is my sales person and lately he doesn't return my calls about attempting to get a loaner vehicle or swap it out completely for a more reliable car. This is the worse car dealership I have ever seen in my entire life. read more
