I had bought said previous car from this same business and it lasted 7yrs, which is why I thought to buy a new car from this same business. When buying this new car it was fine at first, but within that same week the engine light turned on. I then repeatedly visited this business to get this problem fixed to no avail. Then the car had a broken brake sensor, coolant was leaking into the engine of the car. I would later take it to mechanics to see if I could get fixed, but now the car still needs a new engine and fix the leaking coolant. Most mechanic informed me that a likely possibility the codes were erased whenever I went back to where I bought it from to get fixed. contacted the old owners of this business to see if anything could be done, but no response. The car now sits in my drive as I cannot afford such part at this time. Now I am wondering, is this the luck of the draw? Has anyone else experienced this and is there anyway I can get suggested the cation in this manner.

I told him when i…read morewas coming to pick up the truck but when I arrived to do so he had not done any of the work he promised to do. I also later discovered that the front window on the cap was missing as was the spare tire and the radio did not work. The owner claimed that many people said they were coming, made appointments, etc, then failed to show, as way of explaining why the work was not done. Had he actually completed the work, he would have known that the cap window was missing. When I viewed the truck the sun was in my eyes and I could not see the missing window. The owner later explained that he did not know what I meant but never asked for clarification. As to the radio, he said it was a fuse. It was not. There were also no keys for the cap's locks. The owner disavowed any responsibility for any of the things that were wrong with the truck and now may face a Small Claims Court suit as he has also stopped responding to emails and has refused to make even a token offer of compensation. The problems with this truck will cost me up to $1500.00 to rectify. I offered to have him complete the work at his business and he ignored that offer.

Cedric put all of paperwork in the computer (which took about an hour, he kept answering the phone which took the process an hour longer) we were told the bank would only approve the loan for 2015 or newer. The only vehicle in our price range was 2015 Chevy Captiva which was running when we arrived due to a bad battery. He said oh we have a battery for it. Then why would you leave it running if you have a battery? The thing was a POS , interior had not been cleaned. Transmission going out, bald tires, it shook on passenger side and the rear. Save yourself time and headache do not go there. DO Not Go THERE!!!

They wanted to charge around $90 just to look at it. Really? After just selling it to her they wanted to charge $$ just to look at it. She couldn't get it back to the dealer for a few weeks. I took her to drop it off to have them look at it. They told ME to my face they wouldn't charge anything to look at it. They service guy at the desk said " we work with everyone" said they would call us and let us know what the issue was. Said they could add it to the payments if needed. We dropped it off yesterday 5/19/2021. They were to call yesterday or today. Today 5/20/2021 we contacted them and they said we weren't getting the car back because she was behind on her payment. She got behind because she couldn't drive the lemon to work. I said, what would we need to do to get the vehicle back. They refused. They sell lemons and won't fix them. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They LIED and do poor business. The people we both spoke to on the phone were rude and hug on on my daughter. An employee made a comment ( have a screen shot to prove it) telling me " what kind of father am I to let her get behind on her payments? Not very professional of them.

Didnt offer to have us test drive, sit in the vehicle or even see the car we were purchasing before having us fill out all the paperwork. I specifically asked during the survey they make you take to have him go over all the features. All he did was sync my phone and hand me they key. I had to ask him to explain a few things because he didnt offer. Then they wanted me to come all the way back to put the "courtesy" mud fenders on but i said i would rather get them on now because the dealership is a drive for us. I get handed off to service only to find out Mark didnt even give us the little service and car wash discount card. So i had to walk back over and find him. I then sat in the service waiting area for over an hour. The finance guy was as expected and tried to relate to my wife and me but was honestly obnoxious and his pandering fell short. This is a big purchase and we felt like we were just a commission.

Here is the recent story....I called and spoke with service and scheduled my car for evaluation as it was making a noise it made when I first got it (that was the 1st issue as they knew it was an issue but tried to not replace the part). I told the woman I spoke with it was making the same noise as when the VTC Actuator needed replaced which was done on 11/22/2024. I specifically asked about it being under warranty and was told yes. I was then told they would need to do a diagnostic to confirm that was the problem. At no point was I told there would be a charge for anything. Matt Rittman (who stated he was a manager) called me when my car was there to tell me there is a $99 charge for the diagnostic which I replied with "I was not told that when scheduling". He also stated if it was the actuator it was not under warranty. I informed him of my conversation when scheduling and he basically told me that I either pay the amount or take the car. I was extremely frustrated and expressed that to him. I also told him that they were supposed to be checking if it needed an oil change and if so that needed done. He said he would check and call me back (which never happened). He was EXTREMELY rude during the conversation and in no uncertain terms I was told to not come back. When he went to speak to my ex husband who had taken in the car he was also very rude and as he walked away from him Matt said "That's your ex wife?...she's a piece of work " "don't ever come back here again and you can bounce" while raising his hands in the air. Understandably my ex was very upset and triggered. He thought they were going to get the main service manager Bill Lytle but then Matt (the same guy) came back and said he would not get him. This entire situation is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have since emailed both the GM and Bill the service manager and neither have outreached either via email or phone. Not a way to run a business and the customer service was my nightmare! According to other reviews customers dissatisfaction seems to be ongoing!
