I have approached the workers, and they have turned it down on occasion. The food selection is OK; not much to rave about - ordered a croissant once and meh! at best. I'm here for the drinks mostly. They always have some specials that make the $$ hit for a coffee drink, not as intense. The drinks can be a bit on the sweet side, but probably mention it before the drink is served.

There was no toilet paper, and the trash can was totally overflowing and needed to be emptied. There was a true bright spot though. The guy that took my order was very personable and answered my questions about beignets. The guy in the PJ's shirt was who I informed about the restroom issues.

We were going to order a couple iced americanos and the owner gave the recommendation for us to try the cold brew. Letting us know if we didn't like it they would make us something new, so we gave it a shot! He let us know that they do a 1:1 ratio so it's stronger which we appreciated. Coffee was delicious and they even offered a top off after adding our cream! The friendliness in the staff is next level and the coffee is delicious. Nothing to the point that would make me justify the trip for a $7+ beverage when I can get more volume of cold brew and needless to say better tasting at a price point just over $5. ALSO they do NOT accept cash which is crazy and another reason to make a pop in undesirable. All in all it's worth the try and the taste. The staff were friendly enough. Offered to "top off" my cold brew once I added my cream/half and half. However, I think if I were to come back it would be to explore the menu beyond the pricey coffee and try the "dirty" beverage options.
