I moved to this area from Chicago at the onset of the global pandemic and didn't know who to ask to recommend a place to get a great cut and color. My sister got her hair cut at Gloss but her stylist wasn't taking new clients. He recommended I call Sofia Collins and although I had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, she fit me in. It's Almost three years later and Gloss has become my number one recommended place. I could not be happier. I like to change up my hairstyle and color often. I get bored quickly and Sofia is always game to help me keep up with a fresh cut and some fun color. I never feel rushed and I've never been even slight unhappy!!! She listens to me and when I give her the go ahead, she will take risks with me and give me something new and fun. I know her cuts are excellent because they never really "grow out" or look tired. I typically need color touch ups before my cut needs freshening. I wear my hair short but it never looks the same. Lisa was so nice and able to fit me last minute for a deep conditioning, shampoo, trim and blowout with Whitney. From the moment I walked in, to the sensory aromatherapy Whitney did with scalp massage and a light shoulder massage I was sold. The shampoo and conditioning treatment was amazing with the best chair and the hot towel treatment was unexpected but awesome and very appreciated. Whitney did a nice trim and was so attentive to my requests on hair style, texture and end result.
