Sent me home with this and cut way more length than necessary- didn't listen to my requests

Service was nice when taking in people but she me bleed in two fingers and didn't seem to know how to use the drill bit for nail removal. She sanded the pads of my fingers.., very uncomfortable experience but may have just been the person who did it but she didn't share her name

Awesome quality; staff is super nice and did a really good job on my nails! Took her time to make sure they looked perfect

The best nails I've ever had! So happy with how they turned out. These are for my wedding and they absolutely nailed it ;).

They do really good detail on acrylics and nails in general. I've gone here twice and my experiences were about the same. The first time I went here and got acrylics was okay, I got some a little long and they continuously throughout the appointment came over looked and laughed which was weird but I'm not too bothered. They looked good and we're straight with was all I cared about. The second time, i got about the same length and no one came over to laugh. However my nails are super crooked and the process of this one was more hurtful than it was before or at other salons ive gone to for acrylics. The design and colors look nice but not the nails You can go here it's not a terrible salon but consistently check your nails from different angles

The lady who did my nails was pissed I didn't want acrylics and I could tell the entire time I was getting my nails done. She took the electric nail file to my cuticles and I kept saying ow. She didn't let up. To the point where my friend decided to not get her nails done. She threw my hands around, never put lotion on, never cleaned up my nails and then charged me $50! 4 days later, my nails broke off in my sleep....not going back here.

I have been coming to this salon for the past half year and consistently have gotten amazing manicures both acrylic and natural ones. I have yet to try a pedicure but at some point may give it a try. While my experiences have been great, I feel I have had the fortune of getting some amazing nail techs. They always take their time and check in with me frequently about the shape, color or pattern I am requesting. I really appreciate them checking in on these things! I have even had them redo a nail if they feel it doesn't look right. I always feel so satisfied coming out of their salon. Bonus, they have a stamp card so you can get money off if you come in frequently enough!

    Amazing job by Martin!

Quality and amazing service! Loved the atmosphere, and amazing staff. Martin did my nails and it came out amazing!

Skin all along nail line cut, bled the entire appointment. Worried about a possible infection.

I did a walk-in and had zero wait time. Great color selection as well. But some BIG red flags/negatives. You'll see in the images, my skin was cut multiple times. Worried about a possible infection on my thumb (it bled the entire appointment). Still had to pay full price. This is 3 days post appointment and my cuts still hurt. Also, I worry about the sanitation here. My nail tech took out her tools in an already opened blue sanitation package (it should be sealed). Be very careful coming here. Do NOT get any cuticle trim and ask them to sanitize their tools prior.

They look okay. But the process and experience was bad.

Horrible experience. I went twice. The first time I was suprised they didn't have me wash my hands before the dip. They didn't even do my cuticles or clean under the nail. But the application was fine and she did the hand rub. Lee was the lady. Then I came back. I had the manager. OMG Horrible. I asked can I wash my hands first? He said no. Literally. No. He wasn't even paying attention, just rushing.. he picked off what old dip he could and then drilled or filed the rest. The picking was very uncomfortable and bad for the nails. I noticed one nail was really thick and showed him.. So he filed it a bit. Still thick. I had to ask him to get it better and he seemed annoyed. The nails aren't even and my hands feel dirty under the nails. No hand oil or cuticle oil no massage nothing. To top it off some lady came in super mad. Like SUPER mad, livid. Saying she wanted something fixed and they told her no (something like that) and how she's a nail tech and you don't treat customers like that. Now I can't say if her complaint was legitimate. But after my experience I'll say it was probably based on some fact.

Went in for a last minute set for an event. Glad I did they got me in as soon as I walked in the door and did my nails quick! (Pink And white ombré full acrylic set) love them! So cute and simple! I payed $65

I went here with a friend this past week. I've lived in FoCo for over 20 years and have tried about 8 nail salons. Glossy is on the bottom for me. The women technicians did not appear to be using sterilized tools!!!! The tools were in the bottom of their baskets. In most salons the tools come out of a sterilized package. The callous scraper was also loose and didn't appear sterilized. We both got pedicures. Mine was painful. The technician was rough. Dug her gloved nails and tools into my toes. She also scraped off skin on the side of my foot. I do hope I don't end up with a fungal infection. I will not be back. Too many other better choices in FoCo.

Honestly the worst set of acrylics I've gotten. They were uneven and bumpy, and my nails got really damaged in the process.

For every visit, they offer you a free beverage and have several options to choose from. The chairs are nice and plush and have a nice massage option. I really like that they cover the pedicure water bowl with a plastic liner and replace the liner after each guest to keep the space sanitary. The location is clean, bright, and modern. It's beautiful! On my first visit, I got a new set of acrylic nails and a pedicure so I had two nail artists assisting me at the same time. I was particular about the color I was getting because I was preparing to be maid of honor for my sister's wedding and wanted to make sure my nails were more of a nude slightly pink color. I came in with an example picture from IG. The manager, Chloe, was super helpful and demonstrated several colors to make sure I got what I wanted. The acrylic set I got was exactly what I wanted including the color and shape. Most notably, the nail artist filed them in a way that they were sharp which is important to me. I hate the feeling of dull nails. The acrylic set was so basic with the color, but I received so many compliments on them! My friends and the bridesmaids used them as inspo for their nails, too. For my pedicures, I've worked with the same person on both visits and they did not do a great job with the nail polish on my toes. On the first visit, the nail polish application was really splotchy. You could see bumps on the nail polish. The nail polish might've been dry or something, but the nail artist was just going to leave it like that so I mentioned it to Chloe and she was super kind in staying late (after the nail spa closed) to make sure my nail polish looked great and smooth. Because we were there after hours, she added a layer of gel to the top of the regular polish for free so that it would dry faster which I appreciated. On my second visit, the same nail artist assisted me with my pedicure and it turned out mostly okay, but it's been a little over a week and my nails are already chipping which is unusual for my toes. Overall, I've had great experiences with the staff (minus one, but we won't let one spoil the bunch) so I would recommend Royce Spa midtown to anyone especially if you have a chance to work with Chloe. She listens to customers and seems to take great pride in her work.

We booked the Essential Head Spa and it was honestly one of the most relaxing things I have ever done. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was calm and beautiful and the staff were so kind and welcoming. The head spa itself was incredible. The head massage with rosemary oil, organic shampoo and conditioner, facial cleansing and moisturizing, neck and shoulder massage, halo steam shower, and warm towels all felt so thoughtful and luxurious. We also got a foot scrub and they put these wax boots on us which felt amazing and made the experience even better. They even offered us drinks which was such a nice touch. When it was over my head, hair, neck, shoulders, and feet felt incredible. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. This experience truly changed my world and I cannot recommend RoyCe Spa Midtown enough. I will definitely be coming back.

You get what you pay for. The filing and drilling job was a mess - I asked for rounded nails and ended up with extreme-filed almond nails at first, turned into somewhat rounded nails after I asked multiple times for them to be more rounded and centered. On most nails, the sides are so intensely filed that it exposes the skin under my nail, and two nails started to bleed early on the sides on in the appointment. When drilling, she didn't seem to have any attention to detail and repeatedly went over the nail onto the skin. I would've walked out if I wasn't heading out of town tomorrow - I didn't realize how bad it was until I got outside. I first asked for a 10 nail design which she said yes to, but then seemed to backtrack/not be interested in doing even if I was willing to pay. I asked several times if she had time/if it was okay and she kept saying yet. She had me pick colors before starting anything else, and we took about 10 minutes for this. She then started drilling and said she wasn't a good artist and didn't know how good the design would look, so I showed her this design which she called "easy." I ended up with a version of it, but as you can see in the photos, the flower petals are in no way uniform in shape or size across each finger. If equipment was cleaned between clients, there was no sign of it. Everything seemed to come from the same 2 dust-covered containers. Really disappointed.

Their sugar scrubs feel amazing! The prices are rough...I save up! it's a beautiful vibe inside and everyone has been lovely to me each visit. I got gel nails done by Salem once and several of them lifted and peeled the next day and I was able to go back and have those ones redone with no charge and with apologies from the manager. Owning up to mistakes (they happen everywhere) is important. That is the only instance that has happened with gel nails, so it was more about the application and is not their standard. Favorite Nail tech: BAILEY. She deserves her own 5 stars. she is good at her job, easy to talk to, made time to do a last minute polish change for me, and also doesn't mind if you read the whole time either. I smudged a nail an hour or so after my appt once (they felt dry but hey, mistakes happen like I said), and I sheepishly turned around and asked if Bailey could fix the one nail. Like a total rockstar she did, even making sure the color was right after I pulled the wrong one off the shelf. Bailey is the kind of tech you hope stays forever just so you can go see her for her services! Highly recommend, and be generous with your tips. One thing I think is helpful to know is their polish takes an hour to dry unless you buy Dazzle Dry, which is an extra $5 per service. (yes I did dazzle dry on that one nail that got smudged an hour later by my debit card, but debit cards and pretty rough surfaces.) So go ahead and budget dazzle dry in.
