This place is a god-send. I learned about it through my doula's company, Chicago Birthworks Collective, and I have been coming here monthly throughout my pregnancy since. Whatever ailment I have, it's resolved by the end of the session. My message therapist, Nia, is very accommodating, welcoming, and peaceful; it's hard not to feel her zen energy right when you meet her. The environment is clean, the pillows are abundant within the massage room (a must in the latter trimesters, haha), and the comfort comes quickly. My only gripe is that it's not around the corner from where I live, but I won't dock them for that. read more

Victoria was not only amazing and intuitive with what and where to work, she was really fun to chat with and super easy to get along with. She made me feel extremely comfortable. Hands down best prenatal massage ever with Regina! The place is fresh, super clean, and welcoming! Great relaxing treatment rooms and ambiance. The table was comfortable and at 37 weeks pregnant, comfort doesn't come easy these days. The positions Regina had me in were great- I felt at ease and she had great access to ALL my pregnancy aches and pains. I didn't skimp and went for the 90 min treatment which was perfect. My body feels so much better and relaxed. I'm already booking another appointment for next week and if I'm still pregnant one for each week thereafter. Mamas if you're pregnant...go! I had a great experience with Mary. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my neck and shoulders have been bothering me from having to sleep slightly upright due to pregnancy heartburn.She gave my neck and shoulders extra attention and it felt amazing. It is truly deep tissue, she really worked some key pressure points, leaving parts of my body feeling better than they have in a while. Late in pregnancy I've just become accustomed to my hips and back feeling off so it was almost jarring to walk back to my car with less pain. The bed is set up really well, they know what they're doing with pregnant clients. I was really comfortable the entire time. It is really nice, after so many months of getting poked and prodded at the doctor, to be treated very gently. I'll definitely be coming back, hopefully both before and after I give birth. They have no cancellation fees if you book and are unable to make it because you go into labor, which is really nice. It's definitely pricey but it's worth the money. My massage therapist, Victoria, answered all my questions about how prenatal massage works, why they use a side-laying technique and the way they address some of the typical aches and pains associated with pregnancy. I'm a self-proclaimed massage junkie and have tried techniques from basic relaxation and deep tissue to trigger point therapy and thai massage. Victoria had a knack for getting into the tender spots without using her body weight for force- no intense downward pushing. She was incredibly friendly upon arrival and then very respectful of me wanting to be quiet during the appointment. I asked for medium firm and she was spot on. This place is a hidden gem! My husband bought me gift card for a prenatal massage for Mother's Day (fabulous idea for any partners out there!) I was fairly early in my pregnancy then so I saved it until I grew pretty big and my back pain was excruciating. The place itself is very cute and welcoming. My massage was with Katie and from the moment I walked in she was extremely kind and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was INCREDIBLE, and the ambiance was so relaxing I definitely fell asleep a couple times. She helped me turn over to my other side with my big ol belly and really worked out all my knots. I didn't even know how much pressure I was carrying in my shoulders and neck until she worked them out. I left on cloud 9, so relaxed, and my extreme back pain was relieved. I wish I was a better writer to really drive home my amazing experience here. I can't wait to go back and they do postpartum massages too! 12/10 ! Go! Get your prenatal massage! Other notable items: They do not accept tips, even though I tried lol There is a rest room and after you discuss the massage and areas to focus on there is time to empty your tiny pregnancy bladder before the massage starts They will walk you through parts of the massage, or when its time to move/switch sides but you are not talked to the entire time so you can really relax I found pay to park street parking directly outside the business on a saturday AM around 10am without a problem. The bed you lay on has special pillow for your head, under your arms/hold your belly, and a pillow between your legs for support when on your side. Wonderful experience getting a 90 minute massage. The spa was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. No front desk which makes total sense because of COVID. The two therapists met my wife and I as we walked in and showed us to our rooms. The massage had just the right amount of pressure and my therapist was very kind and checked in with me ever so often which is great because different areas of the body can tolerate different pressures. Will be returning! One thing to watch out for is although there is plenty of parking on Belmont you cannot park from 4-6 so be careful or park around the corner if your treatment overlaps this time. read more

Obsessed with this place!! Went in this morning for a 90 minute massage and walked out on a damn cloud. First of all, Victoria is a hand wizard -- easily the best message therapist I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions throughout the treatment about why she was doing something a specific way/how it was benefiting my body/what I'm doing in my everyday life to make my body angry :) Just generally so knowledgeable and good at her job? I am not used to this from most places-- felt so spoiled and can't go back. Second of all, just want to call out that I'm not pregnant, this is just a dope women-owned, women-centered business and I really felt taken care of by my fellow ladies.
