After finally arriving, checking in, and completing all of the required paperwork, I was brought back to the treatment room and was literally lying on the bed ready for my service when I was informed that I could not be treated due to my medical history. My frustration is not necessarily with the decision itself, but with the timing and lack of communication. If the medical questionnaire had been sent to me before my appointment, the staff could have reviewed it ahead of time and informed me that I was not a candidate for microneedling. Instead, I took time off work, drove nearly an hour round trip, completed all of the intake forms, and was turned away at the last possible moment. What was even more confusing was that I asked whether I could receive a facial instead. I explained that I get facials regularly and would have preferred receiving some type of service since I had already made the trip. Despite that, I was told I could not receive any treatment and that I would not be eligible for services for an entire year. As someone who manages chronic health conditions, I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for. I fully support providers prioritizing patient safety, but there is a professional and respectful way to handle those situations. The lack of advance screening, the inconvenience, and the way the situation was handled made this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. If you have a complex medical history or chronic health conditions, I would strongly encourage you to contact the office and discuss your eligibility before making the trip. UPDATE: Since Yelp does not allow replies, the owner commented on my review stating that communication had been given to me prior to my appointment. This is completely untrue. I have no emails or text messages from them regarding my medical history or directions to their building other than just the address. I understand safety is the top priority. But the lack of accountability is really disheartening.

I was super nervous as it was my first injection appointment EVER and I have extreme fear of needles. That said, Eva has made me feel so relaxed throughout the process. Let's just say I was surprised when she told me it was done! My favorite part was the fact that she was not rushing me out. She took her time explaining everything in detail by also answering any questions I had. She send me home with print outs of everything that was discussed. Amazing! I like that she is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about her career and clients. The office was very clean and welcoming as well. Only one suggestion I have is that Care Credit acceptance or some kind of financing would be helpful! I would recommend this office , Eva to anybody! She is a rock star!

First of all, I have for the past 3 years gotten a certain amount of dysport (with receipts to show) in my masseter and she recommended a number of units extremely over the amount that I have previously gotten while checking and telling me my muscle was not that strong. I am curious why she would suggest more units in an area that is already showing muscle weakening? She said that the number of units relates to how long the dysport will last which I have never heard before. While I'm in the waiting room, I am doing a virtual medical evaluation, which cost me $125, and was never disclosed to me. I ended up leaving and paying the $125 for a lady over the computer to tell me that I'm healthy enough for dysport which was a scam. I left the office and gave them their $125 and now they're asking me sign a HIPPA release form to send me over what I signed without getting any treatment. I pay 3 times the amount of what they're charging in California and I still refused the treatment due to their lack of knowledge, not having to due to what they're charging
