Not a pleasant experience at all at this clinic. I won a facial service certificate through school auction from Glow. It took me several times to eventually get an appointment with them. When I finally able to redeem, the office receptionist asked me to sign 10 pages documents as per their office policy. I refused to give my birth date since I am there only for a facial. The owner declined my service and insisted my birthday requirement as their office policy. It was a completely waste of time and effort. Dr. Dickerson is so friendly, and explained everything that was going to happen during the process. She has this AMAZING numbing cream so I hardly felt anything at all. I told her I had to go into work that night, and she gave me tips and ice packs to reduce the swelling on my drive back down to Tucson. No one at work even noticed anything, which was another plus- even 6 hours after my procedure! She knows what she's doing, and she does it well!
