There was no amount of looking or proving that it had been returned by whomever had used it before on their part, just the assumption that we didn't return something we didn't use. if you're planning to use this company (and I would advise against it), INSIST that they scan EVERYTHING BEFORE you take it and after you return it. I have no doubt that this has happened more than once. Quite honestly, $26.50 isn't going to break the bank, but it's the principle and the lack of scrutiny of their own practices.

I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!
