Then, on the morning of my daughter's party (scheduled for 11:30 AM), the instructor sent a vague text at 6:45 AM saying they wouldn't be able to make it and then never responded to any of my follow-ups. To make matters worse, I couldn't reach anyone at the company. I called, texted, and emailed multiple times trying to see if they could send a backup instructor or at least switch to a virtual format. Nothing. No support, no communication...just silence. Finally, I heard back from someone on Monday, asking if I wanted to reschedule. Because apparently, that's how birthday parties work? This company clearly doesn't understand the basics of customer service or event planning. I regret ever trusting them with something so important. I would not recommend Paint the Town -- look for a more reliable company that actually puts their customers first.

The instructor didn't force us to copy what he was painting, yet instead told us to paint what we had in our heart and mind, but also that we were more than welcome to follow him. While you were painting, goodies were being passed out. You weren't judged or graded on your paintings, however you did receive compliments from the hosts, instructor, and guests. If you didn't want to paint you also had the option to just come and hang out and see what was going on. So at least for next time you can see if you want to paint or just hang out again. She told us to reschedule our holiday party until Jan. We said we need to cancel as it was the only time we could do it. She refused. We had to pay for another provider, Sip and Paint with Me, who went out and purchased the supplies the same day! She saved our event. Wonderfully Made was so unprofessional. Still no refund. It was more of a TGIF issues (they were EXTREMELY SLOW getting meals out). Anywho-- Loved painting wine glasses. Only thing I would suggest is for the instructor to provide more examples. She told us to google designs... which was fine... and I did that and had a good time coming up with designs but it would have been nice to see some techniques from the instructor. I will attend another event-- and I probably will look into having a private event with friends and family.
